- wademanuk, on 06/07/2008, -2/+162At least use a picture of an iPhone for an iPhone related article lol.....
- fuelcarddotorg, on 06/07/2008, -3/+90We pretty much all knew it would be 3g and have GPS, the only thing I really need to know, CAN IT COPY/PASTE?
- hixxy, on 06/07/2008, -3/+47Steve Jobs: "All right guys, let's leak the firmware online so we can get a couple hundred thousand hits and plenty of fan boys pissing themselves, the hype is going to be so huge come release day. I already have a massive boner."
- skyfox2k, on 06/07/2008, -1/+36Wow, trolling your own article. Thats a new one. :/
- skyfox2k, on 06/07/2008, -1/+29Also, dont take text from the article without at least reformatting to the blurb's size...
- GaryChalmers, on 06/07/2008, -1/+25No, but you can add it for a nominal fee.
- jjustin01, on 06/07/2008, -2/+20If you are going to post stories about the freakin' iPhone, at least use actual pictures of the iPhone and not Google's Android OS
- inactive, on 06/07/2008, -0/+16Stop posting pointless ***** in your own submission! WTF is wrong with you?
- danielsamuels, on 06/07/2008, -1/+17Buried for the ridiculous comments being made by the submitter.
- rmw132, on 06/07/2008, -6/+22The only thing I really need to know, WILL IT BLEND?
- pensel, on 06/07/2008, -0/+10I hope it is revealed in his memoir that this is how he talked to his execs.
- christhechris, on 06/07/2008, -0/+9I dunno, I'd like to know if it will have a bottle opener...that seem such a simple feature to add...
- Whaines, on 06/07/2008, -1/+9Pretty sure that's Android.
- christhechris, on 06/07/2008, -0/+8Yes, but you have to choose between that and Copy and Paste...
- mCanada, on 06/07/2008, -2/+10Article buried for being a dick.
- stevene, on 06/07/2008, -2/+10The reply button is your friend. http://tinyurl.com/4uckgz
- arma, on 06/07/2008, -1/+9It was going well until the 'I already have...' part.
- arma, on 06/07/2008, -1/+8Probably $20
- stevene, on 06/07/2008, -0/+5Do you LOVE getting buried?
- GliTCH82, on 06/07/2008, -0/+5I'm really hairy and find that I often need to shave twice a day. I hope the rumors about the built-in shaver are true.
- jhails, on 06/07/2008, -2/+7How about a translation of the article into human speak cause all I got out of that was GPS and 3G. Not a total surprise really given that the Asians have matter transmitters, fully immersive holodecks and 3d video over wi-fi powered by new battery technologies we haven't even dreamed of.
I think they have flying cars and jet packs as well. - markmeinteil, on 06/07/2008, -0/+5Just wondering why Bggnz's comment would get dugg down just for saying saying he/she is basically on the fence of which phone to get. Quit being one sided fanboys people!!! Don't worry Bggnz, I dugg you up one :) Anyway, I'm ready and willing to switch carriers, get hit with an early termination fee, and pay a little extra per month if the new iphone is absolutely amazing. Otherwise, I'll just wait until the next best thing.
- Bggnz, on 06/07/2008, -1/+5oh, im not really into video conferencing, Its just if the iphone were to get it i think it would become A LOT more popular. since youre forced to get an unlimited data plan and like a trillion other people will have the same phone i think itll catch on with more people.
plus what better way to get people to notice you have a 3g iphone than to talk via video! :-P - colincornaby, on 06/07/2008, -0/+4You're right. I'll just haul my big ass tv with me when I ride the bus.
In some cases, I'm either going to watch a show on my own time when I'm not at home, or I'm not going to have time to watch it at all. - inactive, on 06/07/2008, -1/+5Uhhh...schitzo!!!
- megaton, on 06/07/2008, -0/+4*sigh* http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AGPS
Surely by now you've heard about Google or Wikipedia? - Firehed, on 06/07/2008, -0/+4Yes. http://www.willitblend.com/videos.aspx?type=unsafe ...
- BrendanSheehan, on 06/07/2008, -0/+4All I know is if the back is plastic Steve will blend!!
- DaffyDuck, on 06/07/2008, -0/+3From Wikipedia on A-GPS: "Some A-GPS solutions require an active connection to a cell phone (or other data) network to function, in others[2][3] it simply makes positioning faster and more accurate, but is not required."
So which one will it be for the iPhone? I really hope it will work when not connected to a cell network. - trotskyist, on 06/07/2008, -1/+4uh, 3G has been a legitimate mainstream technology for a while now.
- kris33, on 06/07/2008, -0/+3http://www.web-mobile.net/actu/Apple-iPhone-v2.jpg
Let's bring them down as a form of revenge for the horrible watermarking. - Sliperyfish, on 06/07/2008, -0/+2It's for suspense!
- limbikity, on 06/07/2008, -0/+2wow you're not a dick...
- Kanaka, on 06/07/2008, -1/+2WHy downgrade from Quadband to Triband?
- DaviDaviDaviD, on 06/07/2008, -0/+1We will also know come monday eh? Good specs though, this is the kind of level I was looking for and why I didn't buy the original because in everywhere bar the US the connection is crippled.
- timesheetsrule, on 06/07/2008, -0/+1Lol, RIMberry thinks this article is boring.
whats that word again? Bias? - seaners, on 06/07/2008, -0/+1hahahaha a total RIM whore finds it boring, how surprising, go back to Canada
- johnpaul191, on 06/07/2008, -0/+1Apple being a control freak? I'm guessing your cell service is not through Verizon. I would love Apple's "control" compared to what i have now...... if AT&T didn't have such crappy coverage, and their phones didn't interfere with audio gear.
- seaners, on 06/07/2008, -0/+1hmm that comment would be relevant if the story was called "lets all rant about the ***** smartphones we own"
- g00dbye, on 06/07/2008, -0/+1fail
- pensel, on 06/07/2008, -0/+1If I am heavier than you, you will go into the tracks.
And my movie will continue uninterrupted. - gettarat, on 11/24/2008, -0/+1Bring on the photos!

- jjthejetplane, on 06/07/2008, -0/+1lol so true
- sarixe, on 06/07/2008, -0/+1i know what i'm going with...
- alchemist2012, on 06/07/2008, -2/+3NO! But Ron Paul rEVOLution can!!!
- inactive, on 06/07/2008, -0/+1Great point. We have triangulation already which obviously requires network. GPS will really only be a big upgrade if it works without service.
- crazym0nkey01, on 06/07/2008, -1/+2And this information is surprising how?
- GliTCH82, on 06/07/2008, -2/+3Everybody that is burying Karl obviously has never seen, used, or heard of Google maps on a Windows mobile device with either built-in or bluetooth GPS. This has been available for years.
