Compare USA AT&T's $99.00 Unlimited Voice plan plus $45.00 Data plan to México Telcel's $250.00 plan with 1600 voice minutes plus unlimited data. Not a typo people $250.00 USD for 1600 voice minutes and yes, roaming charges apply as soon as you leave your neighborhood. So any percentage off a plan Apple in the USA is gonna look pretty bad against the same percentage on a Mexican plan. Conclusion we get the pretty billboards.

- alobos, on 07/04/2008, -0/+2It's gonna be cheaper than in the US with some plans. for $79 a month you get the 8GB free (according to the chart that was posted on telcel.com with html comments that they supposed no one would see) for $36 a month you'l have to pay $300 for the 8Gb phone. Actually is more broad, and yes, even the poor like in Africa rather spends in a cool phone than in a wardrobe for their kids or debt.
