    They know EXACTLY what to expect upon a product launch, and yet again they fail to meet demand, is it so hard to ship a ***** load of extra phones to the stores on launch day? after all, if they don't sell them that day, it just means that they have to bring in less the next day.

    It's not rocket science people, always remember the 6 P's - Proper Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance.
