- indyhouse, on 02/14/2008, -0/+8You're wrong, rebotfc... the licenses are provided by the developers and were promised -- by the developers -- to be identical to the retail licenses being sold concurrently with MacHeist. Yazsoft's was not.
- JayClark, on 02/14/2008, -0/+3That's simply not true. The problem is that YazSoft claimed that the license was a full license, but now they're calling it a promotional license. That's shady dealing on YazSoft's part, as it's YazSoft who are responsible for upgrades.
MacHeist fulfilled their obligations, selling and handing out what they were given. It's YazSoft who changed the game after the fact. - wheelsee, on 02/14/2008, -0/+2Dugg Down!
the deal is a company (YazSoft) provided software to a retailer(MacHeist) at a discounted price with a promise for free upgrades and a full license...the retailer then passed that discount on to the consumers...so therefore if the company is not fulfilling there end of the deal it's not the retailers fault it is the companies... - kkiran, on 02/21/2008, -0/+1whatever, it is a disgrace to the macheist policy... :(
- rebotfc, on 02/14/2008, -12/+2God MacHeist as such a bunch of whiners, you bought software from macheist not yazsoft. It is MacHeist's responsibility to fulfill any orders.
