dailytechtalk.com — In a last minute find, I happened across a German site that has an outline of tomorrow's play by play of Steve Jobs' WWDC keynote. The text has some issues when I performed the translation but I've copied it in the "Full Story" section and made some changes to make it easier to read. Of course, you can always translate it yourself...

- TomPlansMedia, on 10/11/2007, -1/+19i could literally sit here right now and write a blog post saying ANYTHING about apple and it would make the front page.
- TomPlansMedia, on 10/11/2007, -3/+22i predict that @ wwdc, apple announces:
- new imacs
- iphone integration with leopard
- leopard integration with the human brain
- a bionic pots-and-pans-robot mp3 player android
- a car that runs on bong water and emits optimism and productivity
- a replacement for nasa's aging line of space shuttles
- faster macbooks
i know a guy who knows a guy that translated a site that gave a mac genius a handjob last week - epyon180, on 10/11/2007, -2/+4This is so ***** that its funny, I love how all these people are stupid enough to believe this *****. And how convenient that none of the "secret" Leopard features are included in this post.
For the record, I will shoot myself in the face if this crap is real. (watch for a youtube video of it) - redwire, on 10/11/2007, -2/+4Site is being very erratic so heres the text:

The End - dtrinh, on 10/11/2007, -2/+2Not a grain ... maybe an entire bag of salt to go with this list. While some of this stuff may seem pretty far out, a lot of it *does* add up. The iPhone@home concept is something we've been hearing about as an uber-thin MacBook. Hedging bets here, but some of that stuff is believable.
REGARDLESS, I guess we'll all see tomorrow, eh? :) - johnpaul191, on 10/11/2007, -1/+2ok, but last week Apple said the 17" MBP could not have the LED backlight because it didn't exist yet, or is so off the chart expensive that even the flagship Mac portable would not use it. now they magically skip the expensive 17" to go for a 20" and 24" in what is still sort of considered a consumer machine? one that costs a heck of a lot less than the 17" MBP.
that right there seems like a glaring sign of a bogus list.
the idea of releasing another iPhone-like thing even before iPhone 1.0 comes out seems silly.
- adamjackson1984, on 10/11/2007, -4/+2A part of me hopes that this list is accurate. I'm not in the market for an iPhone@home product but boy would it rock to have a portable internet tablet device at my house.
The Google apps and iMac announcements are huge too! - chadu, on 10/11/2007, -1/+4so what is iPhone@home? I don't get it... .mac going free sounds about right... the can't keep charging $99 for this suite of less and less valuable software.
- adamjackson1984, on 10/11/2007, -1/+2yea a sort of "google apps premiere" for mac would rock! the iphone @ home is awesome but I'm doubting that it's accurate.
- gumby013, on 10/11/2007, -2/+4It appears to be a 10" multi-touch tablet.
- virtualball, on 10/11/2007, -1/+11I wish it was accurate but this is WWDC, not MacWorld. They can't spend 1/3 of the Keynote on Leopard and 2/3 on the iPhone/iMac.
- gumby013, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3Running on the assumption that this list is accurate: The Leopard/ iLife demo would take up a lot of time.
- bking, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3Agreed. People still don't understand that WWDC is not about iPods and consumer toys. It's going to be Leopard and iLife, then people are going to get disappointed.
- tobsterius, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3tomorrow I all about leopard and possibly an iPhone SDK, folks. It's not a consumer conference. You might see some hardware announced. But .Mac, iPods, iLife, iWork, etc, are all consumer products.
- johnpaul191, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1ha yeah... if they are not (currently) letting developers make apps for iPhone, then it is kind of a kick to the pants to spend their keynote talking about the product. i think there will be more time on those "secret" things in 10.5 that the developers would be most interested in.
- jisrael, on 10/11/2007, -1/+3so supposedly apple is dropping the brushed metal apps but adding it to the imac?
and no mention of appleTV?
and isn't this rather hardware intensive for WWDC?
this reads a lot more like a wishlist than an actual presentation. also, doesn't jobs normally let a lot more guest speakers on stage for this speach? this just mentions the google CEO.
and why would we need iLife/iWork integration on the iphone now? i mean, we already have photos and music on there. is anybody going to be editing movies, burning dvds, building web pages or recording garage band songs on their iphone? - i doubt it.
i believe some of this to be accurate, but if you put 1000 monkeys and 1000 typewriters in a room... well... whatever. - narula, on 10/11/2007, -1/+5No surprises here except for this iPhone@home concept. The awful name makes this thing seem very unlikely. However, if it has 30GB of flash - my guess is that this thing is *much* more likely to be the MacBook thin - or Mac Tablet we've all been waiting to see. Throw in a miniature Bluetooth keyboard and touchpad and we're looking at something that will quickly steal the spotlight from all of these Windows UMPC devices before they really takes off.
Of course, a Google-Apple merger would be the best news...for my stock portfolio anyway.- bmeckel, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1agreed with the name, seems like an overzealous sony fanboy decided to decipher this.
- newbill123, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1Remember, if one thing is made up (e.g. the iPhone@Home name) then it's all made up. Some things may be guesses, but with rumors there is no middle ground. about some parts being right.
- Noobist, on 10/11/2007, -3/+6holy gajeebus fuk titties.... this sounds awesome.... fingers crossed...
i think i just had an orgasm. - Noobist, on 10/11/2007, -3/+2i suppose (if this is real, which i doubt, but hope!) that the iPhone@Home is just what Steve will be calling the new device, its nickname, i guess that the product would have another name. and does it make sense to make a product like this?
its also here http://applebushel.blogspot.com/ - jarinudom, on 03/31/2008, -2/+2I ***** hope this list is true.
- icon7, on 10/11/2007, -8/+1www.duggmirror.com
- seanc6610, on 10/11/2007, -3/+2are you ***** stupid? posting "www.duggmirror.com" does absolutely nothing at all for me, or for anyone, especially since the site isn't even down. now if you posted something along the lines of
http://www.duggback.com/apple/Steve_Jobs_Keynote_bullet_points_for_WWDC07_iPhone_home_announced/
then maybe you'd be doing alright.
- seanc6610, on 10/11/2007, -3/+2are you ***** stupid? posting "www.duggmirror.com" does absolutely nothing at all for me, or for anyone, especially since the site isn't even down. now if you posted something along the lines of
- HondaWang, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2If there really was 30 GB of flash memory for the iPhone, we'd all feel the moistness after the collective nerdgasm.
- newbill123, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2If it was flash memory, why wouldn't the amount be 32GB rather than just 30? It's unlikely Apple would fail to advertise that 2GB.
- colincornaby, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3If iPhone@home is real, Microsoft Surface = Pwned, simply because Apple would be first to market with an actual consumer device.
- adhikr, on 10/11/2007, -2/+1iPhone @Home??? The idea sounds stupid. Something Apple would never do.
New iMac sounds plausible. - Noobist, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2hold on... http://images.macrumors.com/article/2007/06/08/applewwdcgf7.jpg
this is inconsistant this shows a device with a 10" lcd, programmable lcd keyboard (assuming this is touch based) 120gb flash HDD (no way. not gonna happen) core 2 duo (in a 10' wtf. nt happening) and 3g and 802.11n (and something i cant work out)
this came from macroumors, seems to be hinting at a similar device, but this one could not be real...
also if they did make a 30gb flash hard drive, this would explain the 500million NAND Flash chips Apple bought not all that long ago. - newbill123, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2Whether this story is written by someone very eager to spread their fantasy or just a day trader trying to make everyone feel let down after the actual keynote, I don't think these slides are close to reality. The three alarms that get set off in my mind are:
Missing: Developer Stats
These are just numbers so they usually have slides of numbers and percentage increases which just talk about the Developer Program, WWDC attendees, and so on. It's not very interesting to the general public, but this is the one and only time these numbers are highlighted so they aren't ever skipped (even if most rumor sites don't report them).
Overloaded: Consumer Info
iMac, iLife, iWork, all have little importance to developers except in adjusting their market size. New plugin APIs: sure. Expected new Mac switchers: sure. They may be great products, and they might be announced if they demonstrate some great new features, but a reboot of all this at once would be the wrong message for this audience. (Back to school push in two more months probably)
Not Quite Baked: iPhone@Home
What sounds like a very expensive webcam / iPhone dock with more memory that five iPhones and still needs to sync with your computer for updates, but uses Flash memory instead of a regular hard disk (or regular RAM). Either there's something major lost in translation here or this is just a fantasy. - steamedlice, on 10/11/2007, -1/+3I'm calling BULL.... Some geek has waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much time on his hands. Not to mention other sticky substances.
- ilikediggalots, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2AHH wouldnt it be nice! But I really doubt Stevie would not talk about Apple retail, or itunes store, or movies or the apple tv. Apple tv is his baby he mentions it whenever he can.
- cheesy, on 10/11/2007, -2/+1Oh come on people, this is ridiculous, if you're going to try to hoax a Steve-note leak at least make it believable.
- allenb, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3iPhone is designed to be a Mac replacement when you're on-the-go (plus a phone).
Why would you want one in the home, when you've already got a fully-fledged computer that does everything the iPhone does, only better?
And iPhone@home? '@' instead of 'at' hasn't been cool for a least a million years. It's not Apple.
