Note to Apple: Product QA is a good thing

breakitdownblog.com — I've had 3 Apple products since this year started and every single one of them have either had to be replaced or gone back for repairs in less than 6 months. I understand my chance of getting 1 defective part per million but 3? How many of you have this experience as well?

  • notninja, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1first i got my 3rd gen ipod from best buy with a replacement plan tht broke replaced it with a 4th gen colour screen. then that broke exchanged it for a 5th gen with video. i recently got a macbook pro the firewire port blew. got a apple cinema display for my pc gaming rig. and thats the only apple product i have that didnt need any service yet (knocks on wood).
