- MorpheousMarty, on 07/02/2009, -0/+9This doesn't seem to work on my eee PC. Anyone else having better luck? (I am running Windows 7 so that might be the issue)
- iDoraemon, on 07/02/2009, -0/+4I wonder what would make a nice multi-touch gesture for switching tabs. I can't think of one that would seem natural.
- inactive, on 07/02/2009, -3/+6Why do they assume only mac users have multi-touch? This works awesome on my lenovo.
- ISellSigals, on 07/01/2009, -4/+7This will come in handy on my Eeepc.
- Kerrigore, on 07/02/2009, -2/+4They don't.
"This will only work if you have a multi-touch surface like the trackpads on newer MacBooks. You will also need to make sure you have the latest version of Firefox."
They just gave the trackpads on the newer macbooks as an example, because it's probably the most common and convenient place you'd find it. Multitouch isn't very common except on macs, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist elsewhere. - mrBitch, on 07/03/2009, -0/+2hmmmm, two finger rotation...
- sigurRos, on 07/02/2009, -0/+2I'm using MultiClutch to configure gestures for any application. It works really well.
- JasonQG, on 07/02/2009, -0/+2All I want is 3-finger middle click. Is that really too much to ask?
- digitalpencil, on 07/02/2009, -0/+23 finger.. two finger swipe is used for horizontal scrolling.
- jazzcat251, on 07/02/2009, -0/+2Three-finger left and right swipes work a treat - I use MultiClutch to configure it in FF, Safari, Adium, etcetc...
http://wcrawford.org/2008/02/28/everytime-i-think- ... < (article with Multiclutch download link) - aserer511, on 07/02/2009, -0/+2VERY cool. now does this require your touchpad driver to support multi touch outside of ff?
- EdwardsNH, on 07/02/2009, -0/+2Also works great if you have an iPhone or iPod Touch, with one of the trackpad apps.
- bryceman111, on 07/02/2009, -0/+2I use MultiClutch to set up gestures for Firefox. I use three fingers up/down for tab switching... three fingers left/right for back & forward respectively... and I use a two finger rotation for refresh. They all seemed the most natural when setting it up.
- JasonQG, on 07/26/2009, -0/+1False
- Th3_anOmoLy, on 07/02/2009, -0/+1That's what she said.
Damn alcohol. Don't get me wrong, it's comforting to know I'm not going to knock up some girl when I'm drunk but comments like these are why I hate myself in the morning. - pkfx, on 07/02/2009, -0/+1In Firefox 3.1 beta, a two finger rotation would switch tabs by default. It was kind of awkward though, so I didn't use it.
However, I really like the three finger gestures for back, forward, top of page, and bottom of page. - iamsamsamiam, on 07/02/2009, -0/+1i haven't had any luck on my eee pc either, also running windows 7 btw
- EdocSil, on 07/02/2009, -0/+1Pretty cool, but I keep resizing the text on web pages by accident. I guess I have to work on my finger twisting.
- Giac, on 07/02/2009, -0/+1Will it work with windows 7 and a multi touch screen?
- Ciryon, on 07/02/2009, -0/+12 finger swipe is MUCH easier.
- mrBitch, on 07/03/2009, -0/+1@ digitalpencil, you're correct, but I think Ciryon may not have that issue since he may be using an OS that doesn't have multi-touch gestures built in.
- cbeach, on 07/02/2009, -0/+1"waaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!! mummy is my computer not as good as his computer?"
- mrBitch, on 07/03/2009, -0/+13 finger middle click? No problem :

" .. This program is free and very simple to configure (and is a must have if you have a multi touch trackpad or other multi touch capable device)." - bencanfield, on 07/02/2009, -9/+4I'm stuck using stupid old ctrl+tab or ctrl+shift+tab with my lame PC.
- darkslayer13, on 07/02/2009, -10/+0......And a ten-fingered gesture will allow you to block every site linked with reddit
^ P.S. please report 'youalisa' above for being annoying as $%&& ^ - inactive, on 07/02/2009, -15/+4Opera has had mouse gestures for years.
- ivan423, on 07/02/2009, -15/+1I want to send a shout out to all the homies locked up at the Twin Towers.
