The support chat is closed at this point stating "Due to the overwhelming interest in MobileMe, all chat support agents are currently busy."

Mail comes in an hour after its sent to me, if at all. And her answer, " well you are trying to use mobile me as an exchange program, so ofcourse you cant get emails" Unreal
