- hardeep1singh, on 12/23/2008, -3/+5LiInux has a huge opportunity, anybody who's decided to move from a familiar windows environment to an unfamiliar new mac can easily be swayed away to linux if shown enough oomph, something that linux already has, they also have a big deal clincher on their side (FREE) but somehow they still fail, always. At the same time, mac looks so much like a just another linux distro but still Apple manages to sell it at such a high price.

Have you ever used OS X. I use both linux and OS X frequently and the only similarity is the unix file system and the shell (but even the shell is a little different due to the whole BSD thing)...
