richardmondello.com — When a UPS I bought recently wasn't configurable at all, I got this response from CyberPower's tech support: "The grayed out option is a bug in the latest version of Mac. You can check for an update from Mac." There is no update from "Mac" and that two-sentence level of technical support is unacceptable.
