If you want to give someone attention, give it to the people that created the Basilisk emulator, or the people who ported it over to the PSP, and not some dude who happened to have half of a brain and a video camera. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2"Does it run Linux?"
Everything runs linux now a-days. - vdubski, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1It's not fake, this was done months ago....
http://www.digital-yume.net/neisha/ - TimmyK., on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Can we get those guys to stabilize this like they did the Zapruder film?
- elpayo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Super old. And not fake. I've got BasiliskII for PSP and System 7.6 working on my PSP. Some apps work, some crash.
- grayapple, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Well that sucked. I don't see why people hack their PSPs to run an outdated/old version of Macintosh, then post it online, with that ***** music. No digg
- BlueStarr, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1It crashed his PSP lol ;) Very cool.
- geezusfreeek, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Wow, that music is annoying.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I remember on Engadget a guy even got OSX to boot. But apparently it took him 4 hours.
- rc_collins, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2I got a computer that boots system 7, oddly enough it is just as usless.
--dan - roxas, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1so old. yeah. but still loving it.
- Denjira, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1that's REALLY old news.. lol
We've been doing that for months now.. the pointer is faster when you use the nub now. - spitfire89, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0how do I do this!!!!!!
- Charlotte_Web, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0System 7.5! Wow, a cutting-edge, $250 portable game console that plays Daleks.
- mastercheif, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0 People have been booting Win 95 for months now..
No digg - willlangford, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Old news...
http://pspupdates.com - they had this long ago! - cdreiling, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0At least they did not play a video of windows booting up.
- decompiler, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0my man needs to stop shaking so much... makin' me sea sick...
- Mutifus, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Totally an utterly pointless!
- Antz0rz, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Seconds later the PSP melted, fusing Griff's hands together. It then exploded, instantly killing him.
- Isak, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Its neat, but I would be more impressed if it was osX instead of the older versions
- masterremus, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Nice, all they need to do now is try to run Windows 98
- Computer_Kid, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0he doesnt just get one company pissed, he gets TWO!
- prkchpsndwiches, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0other than the comment that u can play oregon trail I find this completely useless. why waste the time?
- mnm1200, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0System 7! and it runs even slower than on my old 75Mhz Performa. Interesting though.
- Boondoggle, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Is there some reason why these people who go to the trouble of installing these exotic OS's on strange hardware and then filming it are incapable of putting the damn thing on a table and using a tripod?
- Petarded, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Looks cool, but that pointer seems painfully slow.
- d4rkn1ght, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0That was just beautiful!!!
System 7 still rules!! ;-) - cobra1122, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0"PUH-LEASE. This is old news:

- craterburnsu, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0This is so old, No digg.
- _Simplistic_, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Someone tell me what that song is called.
- CLIFFosakaJAPAN, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Wow....seeing this reminds me of the good 'ol times I had with the Classic OS. Nice...
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0old old news...
- ericpp, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Sounds like Dropkick Murphys....
- lamprey187, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0No Digg because the music sucked, the emulation was cool. If I could give it a 1/2 digg then I would.
- Shorties, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Yeah it isn't fake a mac emulator for the PSP came out months ago. Ive done it (Oregon Trail on PSP was fun :D )
- tmcleroy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0the mac emulator for psp has been around for quite a while
- NidStyles, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Looks more like he's emulating it rather than actually running it on the PSP. Nice, but I'll wait until I can afford to throw around 250 like grass clippings first.
- Chazzer3, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0very old, but cool!
- danlin, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0remind me to repost this story in 3 month so it will end up on the digg home page again.
- theprez, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Congratulations to the guy who did that. How completely useless. An iPod mini can run Linux and Doom. This can't even duplicate a file! Looks like an excuse to make a useless video with a song the guy likes.
- balazs, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0"I don't see how Apple can get mad, seeing as they offer System 7 on their website for free."
where????

My blog: http://theminiblog.co.uk/ - Truegod, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Now only if the thing played games... :P
- xerox, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0OOOOOOOOOOOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLDDDDDDDDDDDD
- Cruhmm, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I don't see the point in brushing this off as pointless. The PSP is a great system with very few good games. Nothing keeps the system interesting like playing emulators and other apps. It's a challenging and engaging practice for programmers to hack a new system. I'll admit, there's nothing really special about running a Mac OS on the PSP except for the implications that it holds for the future of hacking on it. Once they figure out how to really use the hardware, we can have a whole slew of ports and original software. I'm down for that.
