- RyomaNagare, on 11/10/2009, -0/+1It fixes the filesystem problems, the remote stuff is weird, something was done to it, but I don't know what. VLC now works perfectly no itunes meddling or anything. mplayer does no longer work plex doesn't work either. my guess is they changed something in the api, maybe software should rewrite their remote support?
Also I've been using rowmote on the iphone with great results. - RyomaNagare, on 11/10/2009, -1/+2Does it fix the remote exclusivity bug, where it will open itunes no matter what app is in the front?
does it fixes the problem that will hang up photoshop or for that matter any software that changes the path when accessing the file system? what about the bug where you can't copy files to a windows server? - chkdg8, on 11/10/2009, -0/+1Head over to the Plex forums regarding this issue with 10.6.2. I use Candelair which fixes the remote issue in SL but some are already saying that this update takes it back to square one while others are saying that they successfully uninstalled Candelair and remote is working. I'll wait.
- mariuspiatek, on 11/10/2009, -2/+1^ lol. I think i will wait a few days and see what happens.
After upgrading to SnowLeopard i had to take my mac into service where they replaced sound card which didnt fix sound issue, then they replaced mobo which also didn't fix it fully.
Apple did not know what was wrong which they told me straight forward. It got fixed after mobo change and full reformat.
:\
lets what and see what everyone says :D +1 tho.
