- jsep, on 03/25/2009, -0/+30I want Espresso.
- magicjames92, on 03/25/2009, -1/+17Awesome deal.
- ibnabouna, on 03/25/2009, -0/+14The Hit List/Espresso will most likely be unlocked with $1,000,000 to charity (or $4,000,000 in sales.) We should all encourage our friends, family, etc. to buy bundles whether the goal is to unlock those applications or benefit charities worldwide.
- Hexis, on 03/25/2009, -0/+10World of Goo is all kinds of fun. Already got my bundle.
- MobbyG, on 03/25/2009, -0/+9I bought mine! Hope Boinx TV gets unlocked. And Wiretap Studio ROCKS!
- efice32, on 03/25/2009, -0/+6Awesome apps, some of the money goes to charity. You can't lose.
- magneto1979, on 03/25/2009, -1/+7Gr8 Set of Apps and with a price tag of $39, it is worth the money.
- MarcStu, on 03/25/2009, -1/+6So many ***** posting affiliate links. Bury 'em deep boys... bury 'em deep.
- Laughto, on 03/25/2009, -0/+5Never bought a Macheist bundle before now, these are excellent apps. And my god, what a flashy site.
They're hella good at marketing, too. Making apps unlock via a "money to charity" counter rather than "revenue"? Transparent but genius. - tehdave, on 03/25/2009, -0/+4Bundle purchased. Excited to try out Kinemac.
- Jemmen, on 03/25/2009, -0/+4BoinxTV has not been unlocked. It's unlocked @ 400K.
Currently:
13,335 bundles sold
$120,958 raised for charity - PontifexRex, on 03/25/2009, -0/+4As of now, the BoinxTV app has not been unlocked and won't be until the charity goal of $400,000 is reached. We're at ~$122,000 so far.
- StuartGibson, on 06/14/2009, -0/+3Full list of apps (last three still to be unlocked):
iSale - $39.95
Picturesque - $34.95
SousChef - $30.00
World of Goo - $20.00
PhoneView - $19.95
LittleSnapper - $39.00
Acorn - $49.95
Kinemac - $299.00
WireTap Studio - $69.00
Big Bang Board Games - $24.95 (first 25000 bundles only)
BoinxTV - $199.00
The Hit List - $69.95
Espresso - $80.00
-------------------------------
Total - $975.70
I bought it as soon as I saw Little Snapper and World of Goo. Espresso is a really nice one to be getting and WireTap saves me shelling out for Audio Hijack. Anyone who did the pre-bundle missions got some great software too, really enjoying Typinator. Also, if you did all the missions you ended up with $8 discount, so the bundle came in at $31, complete steal. I know that isn't much help to anyone who didn't do the missions, but take it as fair warning for MacHeist IV. - EtotheZ, on 03/25/2009, -0/+3How much did they sell in the last 2 MacHeists? I'm really hoping that Espresso gets unlocked
- radune, on 03/25/2009, -0/+3I already bought Espresso - will make it a gift for my brother inl law - that app only and it's worth buying this bundle - not to mention the other amazing apps!
These bundles makes me love my mac even more :) - alienlovechild, on 03/25/2009, -0/+3Excellent deal.
- hepj, on 03/25/2009, -0/+3Espresso would be great to get, I've been using the trial and getting just it for 50% would be an awesome deal. I also want to play World of Goo a lot.
Does anyone know if it comes with all three versions of World of Goo (Mac, Win, Linux) or just the Mac version? - Disjunto, on 03/25/2009, -0/+3Don't wait for Espresso and Boinx to unlock, just 'lose' your license key ;)
- hammerikaner, on 03/25/2009, -0/+3This is my second or third MacHeist Bundle. I wasn't impressed with Espresso Beta, but it would be great if it gets unlocked. MacRabbit has my undying love for CSSEdit2.
- Disjunto, on 03/25/2009, -0/+3they'll change the target if sales start to die out, they have before
- passdoubt, on 03/25/2009, -0/+2If you haven't already purchased this you really should - not only is it a great deal, but 25% is a decent chunk they're giving to charities, and let's face it, your greedy ass most likely hasn't made any donations this year. And I'll be honest I kind of want the other apps to be unlocked as well, but mostly the first thing I said :D.
- Stucarius, on 03/25/2009, -0/+2Man This is their best one ever!!! MacHeist has gotten better with every event!!! Fingers crossed that Espresso gets unlocked. Those last 3 unlocks are the big reason I want this bundle . EVERY ONE GET THEIR FRIENDS TO BUY!!!!
- luminousnerd, on 03/26/2009, -0/+2Makes me sick to Digg a TUAW article, but Espresso is the best thing that's ever happened to me in my web development career. A true godsend, Espresso is by far the best web development suite ever created, far surpassing Dreamweaver and even Coda for real-world use. The fact that Espresso is available in this bundle makes it go unfathomably beyond just "worth the price" to me, not to mention all the other great apps that I consider great bonuses!
- Spationaute, on 03/25/2009, -0/+2If you have a mac, don't miss this!
- frigginjoe, on 03/25/2009, -0/+1Everything went well. Ridiculously good deal.
- zunipus, on 03/25/2009, -0/+1Every MacHeist Bundle so far (2007, 2008) has gone way past the target number. Therefore, every app has been unlocked. I'd expect the same this year as well. As of right now, the BoinxTV package has already been unlocked.
- DirtyWorker, on 03/25/2009, -0/+1Worked here. Testing the different apps now. Can't wait for Espresso!
- iDarbert, on 03/25/2009, -0/+1*****. I got my serials right after I checked out.
Oh, and I bought it immediately after it was revealed, when all the people started buying an the load on the servers was supposedly high. - inactive, on 03/26/2009, -0/+1634 diggs and still not front page?
- djfelix, on 03/25/2009, -0/+1Hate all you want, but it IS true, and it's not just me. Check the forum threads I posted.
I ordered 5 hours ago, and sales/support/admin have yet to even reply to my email.
I'm not alone.
Look ... I loved MacHeist last year ... made the purchase no problems, and loved the deal! This year they just weren't ready for the volume, and they admit it. - Laughto, on 03/25/2009, -0/+1The missions just lose me about a minute into the intro video. Maybe I'll give them another shot after this.
- kitsched, on 03/28/2009, -0/+1"You referred: 5 other users have also bought via your link."
Well, I guess giant thanks are in order for all those that used my link to buy the bundle. I never had any success with referral links, this is the first time and I'm truly amazed. Now let's cross our fingers and hope The Hit List and Espresso get unlocked.
Thanks again Diggers. - syar, on 03/28/2009, -0/+1Well seeing how it a Mac application bundle it comes with the mac version only
- JesseJ, on 03/26/2009, -0/+1I recommend everyone sends the link to every mac owner they know so all the items will be unlocked asap.
- Laughto, on 03/26/2009, -0/+1ahh i didnt realise that was safari 4 doing its thing. nice!
- Disjunto, on 03/26/2009, -0/+1up to 900 now, useless algorithm
- Radan, on 03/26/2009, -0/+1You should check the site in Safari 4 if you haven't. They even threw in a bunch of CSS3 animations on the icons.
- inactive, on 03/25/2009, -0/+1Dude, shut the ***** up, thats a small number of people with that issue and its being RESOLVED. Quit spreading lies.
- StuartGibson, on 06/14/2009, -0/+1That's why you just go to the forum and read the walkthrough. I did a couple of them but didn't really have the time to work through the rather cryptic clues for the longer missions.
- macbooker4444, on 03/26/2009, -0/+0I have not bought the bundle yet but i will soon. I cant wait, i love MacHeist! If you are teetering weather or not to buy it, its welll worth it. Think about it, $600+ and growing worth of apps for only $39, plus if you have done the heists before you get those handy dandy $2 off coupons. If you arent a member, join. its free!!!! Its a great way to start off your mac experience if you just bought one!
- elpasi, on 03/25/2009, -0/+0Yeah - and think of it this way - if a quarter goes to charity, and there are 14/15/however many companies to distribute the remainder between, it's not like MacHeist is keeping much?
- kitsched, on 03/26/2009, -4/+4Hey, here's my referral link:
http://www.macheist.com/bundle/u/83284/
I'm not hiding behind any innocent and "informative" intro text, I just want everyone to click it and buy the bundle so I get the two bonus apps. Deal? Now you're free to dig me down into the dirt. - brodizzleb, on 04/08/2009, -0/+0I could us a referral...please
http://www.macheist.com/bundle/u/245700/ - halpert, on 03/25/2009, -1/+1totally worth the $39 (well, I only paid $31 due to the discounts I earned from the missions. awesome site, awesome idea, awesome deal
- cgntoonartist, on 04/01/2009, -0/+0One of the best deals around!!! I also want Espresso!
- isimone, on 03/25/2009, -0/+0Looks like a great deal. Didn't like the past two Heisteses but this one is a great offer. Hoping for Espresso to be unlocked tho.
