MAC users: Awesome remote control from PC to MAC (video)

youtube.com — I'm a MAC user (now macintel), and we are evaluating a product to give support to our customers. I got amazed about the speed of this remote control product. Is, by far, the fastest remote control i never seen. (i recorded the video controlling a MAC from PC, through ADSL connection). See the video and tell me if you agree w me.

    I think that iChat will not do as well, and is not MAC/PC interoperable.
    The name of the product is "inquiero" (estrange, i known). Somebody can tell me something about it? Some references?

  • ITPimp, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0VNC is fine, VNC is nice. This is not VNC. Think of all the problems you've ever had using VNC. No public IP? Sorry. No VNC server on the machine? Sorry.

    This product, which by the way they just changed the name to NTRsupport, is very cool. I did the free trial and the tool is just amazing. Its fast. Its complete. Any machine I tried it on, it worked flawlessly. All people had to do is click a button on a webpage and we instantly had chat, remote control (and it is fast), diagnostics, etc...
