- badjoke, on 10/10/2007, -1/+15PSP is a game system. I'd like to see your PSP emulate a phone. :P
- Shiftgood, on 10/10/2007, -0/+14dugg for being the first iPhone story i actually think its pretty cool. good design.
- kingkilr, on 10/10/2007, -2/+8I'd like to see the PSP emulate a decent video game system!
- StoneLox, on 10/10/2007, -3/+8...or you could use a gameboy
- whiteEEnerd, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2The iPhone has an accelerometer in it, so it would be able to do exactly as you described. An accelerometer is what the Wii uses to detect tilt, so it would be sensitive enough. It is just a matter of how many axes it has, which I don't recall off the top of my head.
- thoughttrain, on 10/10/2007, -1/+3If i only had an iPhone.....
- Radan, on 10/10/2007, -1/+3You have no idea what you are bloody talking about, do you?
- jasarien, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2It is in the Apple section.
- OHiggins, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1sound works now?
- gl77, on 03/31/2008, -0/+1*****, i have apple stories blocked too and still get this *****.
- meatmcguffin, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Not necessarily. The accelerometer may only be able to tell if it is portrait or landscape and not how many degrees between the two it is being held at. ie, think binary not analogue
- purty707, on 10/10/2007, -5/+6i don't have an iPhone.
- TexanPsycho, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Why do people advertise their site in Digg comments?

Sid http://www.1true.co.uk/ - kingkilr, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1It has an accelerometer which is used to determine when you turn it on its side an such, can't that be used theoretically(not sure what the access to that stuff is like).
- AnimaMaelstrom, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Actually there is already a game that does something like this, unfortunately I don't remember the damn link and can't find it right now! It was a pretty simple game and I wish I would have bookmarked it since I'll be getting an iPhone in a month.
- jasarien, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Sure, if you can play NES games on your gameboy, be my guest.

- SteveMax, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1http://www.pocketnes.org/
Yes, you can (on a GBA at least). There is even an http://www.pocketsnes.net/ - famousdave, on 10/10/2007, -1/+1I will buy a iphone the day they come out with Texas Holdem.
- drouk1556, on 10/10/2007, -1/+1I don't own an iPhone so I don't know how/if this would work, but remember those labyrinth mazes you could tilt to avoid holes and reach an "exit"? Can that be done on an iPhone?
- Sevenduolux, on 10/10/2007, -0/+0Just pay IMMR to do it the correct way! Look at the Chairman of the Board for Immersion Corp. Then Google him. Check out his history. IMMR Should be in the Iphone VERY so. VibeTonz and TouchSense will be felt!!!
- superjamie, on 10/10/2007, -4/+3Hahaha, all you fanboys went on and on about how good touchscreens are, now you're going to buy an extension to get your tactile response back?
Maddox was right, iPhones really are lame. - inactive, on 10/10/2007, -4/+3hahahahaha, really... you have got to be kidding me. playing nintendo games on a touchscreen. seriously? good luck with that.
- chaosdude78, on 10/10/2007, -3/+2Yeah, but I don't think that it is able to determine what direction it is tilting, and even if it can, it would be impossible to do precise movements.
- zwaldowski, on 10/10/2007, -3/+1Why is this not in the Apple section? That's why I blocked it.
- djh816, on 10/10/2007, -3/+1would be a bit cooler without the random vinyl sheet...
- chaosdude78, on 10/10/2007, -5/+2no, the iPhone does not have motion sensor, it could however be made using touch control, ex: touch a side of the labyrinth to simulate tilting the game board.
- Puppetfunk, on 10/10/2007, -4/+1Bully for you?
- cmysites, on 10/10/2007, -3/+0I'll just wait until they make a hack to load Linux on the iphone, until then I'll stick with a real gameboy.

- wrekd, on 10/10/2007, -5/+0Nothing about the iPhone is cool. The people who bought them are sheep and should shoot themselves in the face
- gamecast, on 10/10/2007, -7/+0burried until they get a working copy of bioshock on it.
- gl77, on 03/31/2008, -12/+1oh god, i thought the iphone stories were over for now.............buried for charging 600 bucks for a ***** piece of plastic that isnt even as good as my 100 dollar piece of plastic
