this really IS an excellent session, a must see for any computer enthusiast. - maharaj, on 10/11/2007, -2/+13The only bad part of the interview was the woman (Why was she there?). Otherwise it was great to see the two most powerful people in the tech industry on one stage reminiscing about the "old days".
- nessup, on 10/11/2007, -1/+7It's like giving a glass of ice water to someone in hell.
- MercedRocks, on 10/11/2007, -2/+8Friggin, awesome...THX.. Live 20 min from there, too bad they dont allow walk-ins.
- Tishiablo, on 10/11/2007, -1/+5It would have more if people actually used the video section like they're supposed to.

Do you really need "/sarcasm" to know what sarcasm is? - taxali, on 10/11/2007, -2/+3Sarcasm is a lost art.
- streak, on 10/11/2007, -1/+2Direct links are always appreciated over engurgitated ones.

- iMaculate, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1Excellent stuff, highly recommended. The summit meeting between Bill and Steve was really entertaining, I loved their reminiscent talk on floating point vs. fixed point BASIC and other stuff of the 70s and 80s. A must see is the video prologue showing Steve and Bill in a "Dating Game" in 1983 at the introduction of the Macintosh.
- xspinkickx, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1does gates have a cold sore???
- AhronZombi, on 10/11/2007, -3/+2Linus or maddog or some OSS guy should be in this. these guys would never do it because the OSS revolution will leave them in the dust and instead of being friends and joining us like we want, they are just scared
- chilekillr, on 10/11/2007, -2/+1It is, but it has 1/10th of the diggs.
- Combat, on 10/11/2007, -6/+5i loved that ice water in hell thing... ***** hilarious!

- slapthemonkey, on 10/11/2007, -5/+2It was a cool session.
- airj1012, on 10/11/2007, -5/+2Pretty funny. iTunes is some people's favorite Windows application. Hmmm. Microsoft, take note.
-It's like giving someone a glass of ice water in hell. - TEX1, on 10/11/2007, -3/+0Jobs is such a Sales Nerd. When pressed about the quality of video coming out of YouTube he tries to pass it off as limited quality source material. Afraid to admit that the highly compressed Flash based videos were never intented to be shown on a 52" screen. He might loose a few sales if he did. O brother...
- purecheese, on 10/11/2007, -6/+3This should be in the video section...plus there is already a digg article about this and that one has the whole interview. Just stupid fanboys.

http://www.nokia-n.org - inactive, on 10/11/2007, -12/+3The irony of that statement is horrific. The only problem anyone ever has in windows is when they get so much software and running clutter that their system slows to an unreliable, crawling mess. Installing iTunes is one of the quickest ways to get your PC to that state. Seriously -- try it for yourself.
step 1.) before iTunes is installed, press CTRL+ALT+DEL, then click on Task Manager and click on Processes. Take note of how many there are
step 2.) Install iTunes
step 3.) check how many processes are running after the install -- it will be *5 greater* at a minimum. That's huge. - thedarkrabbit, on 10/11/2007, -10/+1**deleted comment**
