Has Apple lost its touch?
nerdnewsradio.com — This is a letter I recently wrote about Apple and what they ’ve become. I sent it to David Pogue, Slashdot, Apple Insider, The Boston Globe, Wired, and Digg. Help me get this out! People need to know what’s going on under the surface!

- wisedude, on 10/12/2007, -3/+1I've gotta say this is deep... Apple used to be my favorite company but if this is what they're really like, well I just don't know anymore
- dmoney06, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3They said to call applecare, do it and stfu.
- Redwood, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2And iTunes 7 - another (ugly, buggy) travesty, and still no fix for it. So sad, such a great company, hopefully they'll get back on track soon.
- aajad, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Let's take a deep breath. There's always going to be a problem here and there but I've never experienced any problem with Apple Care. They have gone above and beyond. It's not like any of us are going to switch to a PC, are we? Hopefully he gets his problem straightened out.
- chrismcelligott, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2If not Apple then what... :P
- estvir, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Nothing has changed it's just that people have [finally] realised isn't some special company which is focused on you, everything you want, taking on the big bad guys (Microsoft, etc) and whatever other things you guys thought they were.
Newsflash, Apple is just another corporation out to make money.. I know, crazy, eh ? - sparkrainfir, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1summery:
my computer broke, apple offered to fix it via cross shipment, (like every other company in the world) but that wasn't good enough i only have 2 computers and i need this one, even though i just formated it, and the other computer works fine, i absolutely need the shiny one. i talked to a few morons along the way, and now I'm angry.- klevinson, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Sorry, but you're wrong. Apple never offered to fix it.
- sparkrainfir, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1"So, I went, and was told I had to make an appointment, or call Applecare (what?!?!?) and have them send me a box to send it in to be diagnosed."
am i reading something wrong?
- reeldigitalpro, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0To klevinson: Change your blog then, it clearly states, and I quote "So, I went, and was told I had to make an appointment, or call Applecare (what?!?!?) and have them send me a box for a mail in repair." I have the black MacBook as well, no problems here.
