- pauldy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1While growl is a good notification system it isn't necessarily the best implementation of a notification system. It does well for notifications in os x but any developer who has looked at the code probably isn't interested in trying to standardize on it any time soon unless they are only worried about their OS X app. It is a great idea that might need a bit more work before it is standardized upon.
