Buried for really lame blog spam. - BrendanSheehan, on 07/01/2008, -2/+37Better on video: http://www.apple.com/iphone/guidedtour/
/at the end - andrewxrated, on 07/01/2008, -2/+29Can't wait, 10 more days!
- Pottypotsworth, on 07/02/2008, -3/+17How the ***** can you use the term "footage" in the Digg title and the not link to a video?
- Digisphere, on 07/02/2008, -0/+14super monkey ball is gonna be sweet!
- amulrean, on 07/02/2008, -0/+11Free AIM app
- jboswell2000, on 07/02/2008, -0/+9I just took a screen cap from the Zapruder film. Apparently, JFK gets shot in it. This is a FIRST!!
- Sairynn, on 07/02/2008, -3/+12REPLY BUTTON, *****, DO YOU SEE IT?
- Firehed, on 07/02/2008, -0/+9Yes you can, the title's just stupid. The app store is part of the 2.0 software update which will be for ALL iPhones.
- punkcat, on 07/02/2008, -1/+10well that kind of kills his blog's first ever status.
- nicheplayer, on 07/02/2008, -0/+8Agreed. What a stupid blog post. And thereby, a stupid Digg submission. Buried as lame.
- krakelohm, on 07/02/2008, -1/+9CAPSLOCK LIGHT *****, DO YOU SEE IT?
- Zephkiel, on 07/02/2008, -0/+7Glad that AIM and Twitter are free.
- yellowraven, on 07/02/2008, -0/+6Right now I am banging my Treo 700p mercilessly against the table. I'm not going to be needing it in 10 days.
- inactive, on 07/02/2008, -0/+5Boo Blogspam! Hooray Beer!
- megadan76, on 07/02/2008, -0/+5This should be great. Well, assuming it works the same for the iPod Touch.
- xsecretfiles, on 07/02/2008, -0/+5...hmmm this same screen shot has been around since the keynote back in ....February
- beauc, on 07/02/2008, -1/+5really? screen shots from the guided tour? weak.
- mlbwebdesign, on 07/02/2008, -0/+4Year, I'm surprised they didn't link to a snapshot of the black shirt wearing guy too. How about they tell us what's listed right after the eBay app.
Breaking News my ass. - Firehed, on 07/02/2008, -0/+4I doubt it will really matter with Twitter, considering how often the service has been down lately.
- serpicolugnut, on 07/02/2008, -1/+5Just like Digg. These images are pulled from the video that Apple put up on their website. Nothing secret or spy about it.
- skidooer, on 07/02/2008, -0/+4Something that no reasonable person can afford, thanks to Rogers.
- DanMiller, on 07/02/2008, -0/+4Yes, because excitement for the iPhone is limited only to consumers of Mac computers...
- mrshickadance9, on 07/02/2008, -0/+3aim!!!!! woooooooooooo
- freshyill, on 07/02/2008, -2/+5Footage means video, not pictures.
- mikek814, on 07/02/2008, -0/+3There are many "Home Screen" pages - not just one.
You can scroll from page to page horizontally. - Zippo, on 07/02/2008, -0/+3Apple stated that you can download apps up to 10MB over EDGE or 3G. If the application is 10MB or over, it'll will be queued to download when you enter a known WiFi network.
Still kinda lame. - ravage86, on 07/02/2008, -2/+5From the tour:
"It can be downloaded over the wireless cellular network, but if the size of the app is large you may be instructed to use wifi."
Why am I paying extra for 3G if I can't use it when it matters? - Zippo, on 07/02/2008, -1/+4Free is expensive now?
I imagine the vast majority of apps are going to be free or 99ยข. Whoop-de-doo. - min_t, on 07/02/2008, -1/+3There are multiple pages of the home screen. If page 1 is full, it puts it on page 2, and so on. You swipe the display to get to the next screen. Try it, Mikey. You'll like it.
- WiseWeasel, on 07/02/2008, -0/+2... and iPod Touches.
- securitymonkey, on 07/02/2008, -2/+4Buried in a quick and hasty manner.
- mikek814, on 07/02/2008, -0/+2Yes just upgrade your firmware to the 2.0 when it comes out (July 11) and you'll have the app store.
However, if you are using an unlocked iPhone with T Mobile - don't upgrade to 2.0!
It'll lock your phone! - macbookpromat, on 07/02/2008, -0/+2Minus the cost of the firmware update, yes, it will work as such on the iPod Touch.
- freshyill, on 07/02/2008, -2/+4Does your brain work? Seriously, think before you post something so asinine. Even better, Google it or just go to Apple's damn Web site.
- inactive, on 07/02/2008, -2/+3If they could only offer good pricing and plans I would be extremely happy.. alas, wishes remain wishes...
- gettarat, on 11/24/2008, -0/+1Actually I have seen this before... On apple's ***** website!!!!
http://nextargps.org/ - trunkster, on 07/02/2008, -0/+1Can't wait until it stops saying I'm not in a supported country... I mean 10 more days. ::goes back into ninja hiding::
- min_t, on 07/02/2008, -0/+1The 2.0 firmware is free for all iPhone users. It will be a free download once Apple releases the final version. You will be able to buy from the app store. You will be able to play whatever games are sold in the app store.
You will not have 3G high speed data or True GPS that are hardware chips in the 3G iPhones. That is what you will be missing. Everything will be the same between the 3G and 1.0 version - trunkster, on 07/02/2008, -1/+21st gen isn't *****. Basically all the 3G adds is faster internet. The location finder in software 2.0 is way better then what it is currently, even without the GPS.
- WiseWeasel, on 07/02/2008, -0/+1Apparently it does for this thread, thanks to your post...
- inactive, on 07/03/2008, -0/+1Buried as comment spam of iphonespam
- showat, on 07/03/2008, -0/+1The fact that some girl like you got red in the stretch marks over a simple question is worth the time. I suggest you take your Midol before you browse Digg.
- tech9, on 07/02/2008, -0/+1http://www.apple.com/iphone/appstore/
- inactive, on 07/02/2008, -3/+3That doesn't get dugg up anymore.
- MavRevMatt, on 07/02/2008, -2/+2Buried because I don't see any footage anywhere. Just screenshots that don't really matter to me especially after the guided tour video.
- louiemantia, on 07/02/2008, -1/+1Twitterrific is not set on pricing information, FREE was a placeholder text.
- mlbwebdesign, on 07/02/2008, -2/+1Actually, it does link. The last few words link to apple's site.
- ZoomBoy, on 07/02/2008, -2/+1Fine, give it to me then.
