      Yes, Norton is used internally by Apple. We had no choice in the matter. However, that being said... Norton runs way better on a Mac than the PC version does.

      @ sandkat - Yes... GCRM=***** worthless... lots of great information, horrid use of managing it.

      @ idvlabsdotcom - The reason why I ran both Firefox and Safari was because GCRM and a few other internal apps were developed for Safari, and didn't handle right on Firefox. So for placing orders, researching customer accounts, and a few other things, Safari was the only choice. But after 4 hours of a shift of running Safari for GCRM, Online Store, our specs database, and other internal sites, Safari's infamous memory leak was horrendous. So, I started using Safari for Safari-only tasks, and Firefox for quick research, specs database, looking up info for customers, etc. Trust me, it made a HUGE difference.

      And to all you saying that this is a dumb story? Well... You're kinda' right. I had no idea that I'd wake up today to see this over 200 diggs, and apparently some time it made the front page? *shrugs* I was just bored.

      And to those talking ***** about having flickr and myspace open at work, well, contrary to popular belief, it's not always freakin' slammed at Apple... And when it's slow, and you work the slowest shift, you've got to do something. It was allowed, as long as it didn't interfere with work.
