This is why most computer components over $20 are usually made outside China but assembled there. However over time we've been watching an 'exodus' begin with people moving to Vietnam which also sports a giant population, except now there is cheaper labor and a more reliable infrastructure than China.
Anyway I can kinda understand ElAssoWipo because China Mobile's executive board also happens to have Chinese Communist Party officials.
