It is well known that they sue people for downloading files with the name of copyright material without ever proving that it is the copyrighted material.
You're convicting before verifying. For all you and anyone else knows they are files that needed to be shared but this guy didn't want people to download them.

These files are all over limewire, kazaa or other sharing networks by super-nodes which create spam files according to user searches. If you look at the titles you will see they make no sense - just like regular spam. He probably searched for something (probably not kiddie porn but probably regular porn) and he got these in his shared folder. He uses the same shared folder for the limewire network and iTunes. That's my opinion and I'm sticking to it.

If you searched for "***** porn", you would get matches for all 3 of those files. There also isn't any guarantee the videos contain anything illegal based on filenames alone.
Just sayin', sometimes you don't always get what you expected when you download things from Limewire. Files that are typically named like that indicate that they are not real kiddie porn. In fact the user most likely downloaded the files thinking they were underage porn but later found out that they weren't real. P2P sites used to be a haven for that kind of sh*t but in updates through p2p software the real names used to identify kiddie porn were removed. These can be found in the Urban Dictionary

Adding the child porn keywords in there is disturbing to be sure, but I think that is less of a perverted crime than ACTUALLY having child porn, which is just very wrong.
