- fzelders, on 04/24/2008, -14/+5I was fond of RapidWeaver already and 'converted' many to this environment.
Version 4 looks even better. :-)
There is one thing however I would like to see added: The ability to 'exchange' sources with users of RW 3.6 - Toneto, on 04/24/2008, -16/+4Can't wait!!!

- richorlin, on 04/24/2008, -13/+3Great! Can't wait to use it!
- DeathJux, on 04/24/2008, -11/+4I'd be happier if it were known as "RabidBeaver."
Also, what's with all the worthless comments in here? "Looks great!!!!" "I'm excited!!!" "Good job!!!" I miss the non cabal-ruled digg. - wisedude, on 04/24/2008, -10/+30I'll tell you what's up - the developers of rapid weaver paid spammers to digg this ***** up - buried, AND I'll never use rapid weaver, and tell all my friends not to.. ***** YOU
- iofthestorm, on 04/24/2008, -6/+4Seriously, what is up with the influx of spammy articles recently?
- Rickard, on 04/24/2008, -3/+4The sad thing is that the number of diggs is still climbing. Bury people!
- bobtoon, on 04/24/2008, -13/+3RapidWeaver 4 is the future of easy web designing!
This is what I've been waiting for. - h0zae, on 04/24/2008, -9/+9slow news day = more spam
- Haxxormaster, on 04/24/2008, -6/+14holy crap it's as if 20 bots commented on this digg
- albertkinng, on 04/24/2008, -7/+1mmmm... I love rapidweaver... but it seems that it will be a lot of eyecandy and less productivity options... remember the old iMovie and the new iMovie? prepare for the same kind of update... backup your old RW guys...
- OfNumbers, on 04/24/2008, -9/+2Because everyone is a Leopard user.
- macmangb, on 04/24/2008, -9/+5Another exclusive for the mac, Rw is superior to whatever is on the Wintel platform. Hopefully this will get more dev teams to make the switch ;)
- motionblur, on 04/24/2008, -8/+11RapidWeaver: now with 50% more Digg spam and 100% less quality.
Stick with Coda by the guys that make Transmit: http://www.panic.com/coda/ - apersaud, on 04/24/2008, -6/+7You can tell this was all setup with a lot of 2 word comments from bots.
ridiculous. - nitr, on 04/24/2008, -8/+4***** rapidweaver
- Karmavs, on 04/24/2008, -3/+1You can tell this was all set up, with all the 2 word comments from bots…
oh.
- Karmavs, on 04/24/2008, -3/+1You can tell this was all set up, with all the 2 word comments from bots…
- Fibula, on 04/24/2008, -7/+2I don't think I've ever seen so many buried comments in my life.
- spacebuddy, on 04/24/2008, -7/+2I tried Rapidweaver and it is crap, would not even take it for free. Keep away from this software.
This spamming does not help. - zongamin, on 04/24/2008, -7/+2Idiot spammers.
- henrikakselsen, on 04/24/2008, -7/+2The spammers are also active in the article itself.
Jerks. - yourhead, on 04/24/2008, -1/+10It's really odd. I see the digg crew out to call all these guys spammers, but being a RapidWeaver plugin developer I recognize quite a few of the names on this list as people I know from the RapidWeaver community or people that have been nice enough to beta test for me.
I know digg has some spam issues, but I actually think that a sizable number of the buried comments are real people who just felt like posting a positive note. I don't think they were told, paid, or even prodded to digg this.
You can bury me too, if you like. But I'm not a bot, I'm not a spammer, and I don't get paid to write this. Since I do some plugin development I have a vested interest in the product, but I don't really have the inside track on their marketing.
If nothing else, the article itself is from Ars. They tend not to mince words or play favorites. - degenerategoat, on 04/24/2008, -1/+8I'm the same. I make RW themes for work, so I have a vested interest in digging this, but I wasn't paid and I am genuinely excited about the release of RW 4.0.
Anyway, it's not as if this is linking the the Realmac site or anything. What's wrong with an employee of Realmac submitting an article in the press that praises their product? I'm sure someone else would have submitted it if Ars has said it was a heap of junk.
Saying that Realmac paid for spam on here is kinda offensive, since I know the guys there and they would never dream of spamming anywhere, not even here with all the lovely trolls who have nothing better to do than to slate hard working, nice people who are just genuinely excited about their software and wanted to share it with people. - musashix90, on 04/24/2008, -5/+1Great, now the spammers got their buddies to defend them...
- pengas, on 04/24/2008, -3/+1Stop acting like kids.
Bury -> Spam and end the fiasco.
