Apple sued over use of 'Mighty Mouse' name...

macnn.com — Apple is facing a new lawsuit over its Mighty Mouse peripheral, reports say. The case was filed in Greenbelt, Maryland by a company called Man & Machine, which is accusing Apple

    The scroll ball is better for horizontal scrolling than a lot of tilt wheels, and it's certainly the only one of those that can do diagonal scrolling on any level. The main issues are the lack of a true right-click and the tendency for the scroll ball to clog with grime over a long amount of time.
