Apple disrupt Channel 4 interview if they talk about anything but iPhone!
channel4.com — "The moment Apple lost patience with Channel 4 News. We were invited along to speak to Apple officials as they launched their iPhone. But they did not want us to ask about other topics related to the iPhone. The PR people stepped in when we asked whether it is fair that iPhone users need iTunes to get the best out of the gadget."

- streak, on 11/10/2007, -0/+4It's very interesting to see behind the scenes, but the reporter did apparently break the rules of the engagement, taking up valuable time on this important day for Apple and O2. We're not shown earlier material, so I would have to side with Phil Schiller when he says he already answered the reporter's question. The nature of the reporter's question also reveals an irrational bias (e.g., his use of the loaded word "monopoly"). Furthering the display of his bias, the reporter now releases this portion of the recording and nothing more.
- liuping, on 11/10/2007, -0/+3How is using iTunes to get the most from the product monopolistic. There is always going to be some software to link the phone to the computer....
You certainly don't need to use the iTunes Music Store to get the most from the phone, if that's what he was implying... - shampoovta, on 11/10/2007, -1/+1What video?
