Apple Service Provider steals 1GB RAM from MBP and abuses me
sumitbahl.com — I sent my MacBook Pro for DVD drive replacement, they put some scratches/bruises/dents on the DVD drive. I argue with them, register a complaint with Apple but to no avail. They took 1GB RAM out of the laptop before delivering it to me. When I went back to them, they told me that I was the one who did it.
