- toetagger, on 11/03/2007, -0/+1Last month I moved from one apartment to another. I called att to cancel service. The corporate cow didn't want me to cancel. My moving wasn't good enough for her. I didn't want a land line at the new place. I insisted she cancel it. Now, a month later, the apt manager from the old place calls me to say the new tenant there is complaining because my old service is still active. I call att, they say I never cancelled. ***** ATT.
