Anybody remember the Asteroid? Apple got all mad about the leak of supposed internal documents detailing a new product, and yet 2 years later we still haven't seen the product.
Apple is willing to defend even fake leaks specifically because that way they can claim deniability. - tobsterius, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3Folks, Apple Legal always gets involved. While it might indicate that the UI could be the new iPod UI, it doesn't make it 100% certain. I'm sure this UI is one of *many* possible UIs Apple has worked on and they just want to protect their IP.
