- Iwantawii, on 11/20/2008, -2/+24I used the "business phone" excuse to get my work to buy me an iPhone, but I really just wanted to play Nitro Kart while I poop. On the clock.
- dannomatic, on 11/19/2008, -9/+25The only problem I have with my iPhone is the fact it's a crappy phone, great little computer though. Anyone else have the same dropped calls and poor connectivity issues?

- StevieJanowski, on 04/02/2009, -2/+7It takes 30 seconds to connect a call. I end up checking to see if its called or failed 3 times before it starts ringing, you are right great pocket pc, so so phone
- spazzx625, on 11/20/2008, -0/+5go back to 4chan
- Grazfather, on 11/20/2008, -1/+5If you're a real business user you aren't using an iPhone you're using a BlackBerry...

- countupir, on 11/20/2008, -2/+5Somehow I don't have these problems that I hear lots of people complain about. It seems to take just as long for my blackberry to connect a call as the iphone.
Blackberry has good battery and iphone I prefer for everything else. - moog, on 11/20/2008, -2/+4There are iPhone business users?
- inactive, on 11/20/2008, -3/+5I wrote about this a while back. The iPhone is a neat toy but not a serious business device. No touch screen device ever will be a serious business device until the typing speed is comparable to a BlackBerry.

- spazzx625, on 11/20/2008, -0/+1God bless America
- Elranzer, on 11/20/2008, -0/+1Probably because it's locked to AT&T, the worst of the major services in the USA (not that T-Mobile is any better. GSM in North America generally sucks).

Poor connectivity and dropped calls are not the result of a crappy phone. It's the result of a crappy mobile network. Don't blame Apple or the iPhone. Blame AT&T for growing their subscriber base on the iPhone's popularity without expanding their infrastructure to handle the heavier load. It's the same story everywhere: Frustrate your subscribers until they squeal before investing in the infrastructure needed to give them what they paid for. Comcast is another perfect example. - countupir, on 11/20/2008, -0/+1The problem I have with 46 tips is about 10 tips in they didn't appear to be iphone tips.
- JKAL, on 11/21/2008, -0/+1The iPhone is a nice toy, that's it.
it will be a looong time before it gets in to the corporate world.
Most Global corporations allow the Blackberry device to be connected through very specific protocols(due to security) and a stripped down version of it at that.
only until recently, you had to go through loops of red tape just to get the Brick Breaker game installed on the Blackberry.
So, without all those nice iPhone apps, allowing the iPhone on a corporate network would be pointless. - MeatMountain, on 11/20/2008, -0/+1Can I get a phone that just makes phone calls and isn't the size of a brick please?
- peppino, on 11/20/2008, -0/+147. Watch porn
- toconnor, on 11/20/2008, -0/+148. Install PdaNet so you can then use your iPhone as a wireless router. This allows you to connect to the internet from your laptop via your phone.
- lordtyros, on 11/20/2008, -1/+1Until the next time you install or uninstall any app.
- Br3ach, on 11/20/2008, -1/+1I think there is a good reason BlackBerries own the world as far as a business phone, the iPhone just isnt there yet.
- theGoodness, on 11/20/2008, -0/+0The killer app for Iphone would be ......
Use it on any network!!! - vertigo707, on 11/20/2008, -4/+3#57 Use you iphone to sell itself on ebay, then use the funds to but a G1
- rasice, on 11/20/2008, -2/+1A forced reboot fixes up safari crashes.
- DrakeBeau, on 11/20/2008, -3/+1Well blackberry is coming out with the storm but it looks like theres some issues with the web browser.
- bigpappapunk, on 11/20/2008, -2/+0I'm on my second. My 1st gen was awesome, never had problems except when I dropped it multiple times resulting in cracks to the screen. My new, 2nd gen 3G iPhone is a freakin' pain in the ass with a varitable cocktail of issues that for the most part are mentioned in previous replies.
Honestly though, still wouldn't trade it for another phone considering it's capabilities which I fully take advantage of. - inactive, on 11/20/2008, -6/+42. Take Blackberry, shove up anus.
- kishosingh, on 11/20/2008, -4/+1You have not described about Google Earth, YouTube, RSS etc. http://popularityofiphone.blogspot.com/ read here also something more information, application and uses of iPhone from a user point of view.
- crgnetworks, on 11/20/2008, -5/+2Or WinMo 6.1
DON'T HATE.. i'd like to see you match the features of a HTC 6.1 rom in a blackberry... Let alone a iphone. - jakatak, on 11/20/2008, -4/+1I would jailbreak mine just for the Qik video recording alone. It's just such a pain to have it locked again every time there is an iphone update. Then you have to play this game of wait for the jailbreak before upgrading software and then it just becomes not worth the trouble.
- westinfunk, on 11/20/2008, -6/+249. prons 2 go so u can fap while in airport
