Obviously comparisons will vary wildly based on how much the drive is accessed during a given period, the size of the cache file, manufacturer, etc, but I think it would be safe to say that power usage would be 50% less for Flash vs. HDD. This could have a big impact on a device that small (less power used for that small display, so HDD becomes a bigger portion of the total machine's power usage).
