Yeah... and ever since the hockey puck, just having one button just wasn't enough... Nooo... Apple had to go all plinth on the concept of the mouse, making the entire fscking upper surface one huge mouse button a la some obscure lever somewhere that it shouldn't be. This is the most serious usability error that Apple has made since monochrome graphics.
This, kids, is why no one company should be trusted to make *EVERY* part of your computer. Diversity is good and, while it may mean that your computer doesn't match your davenport, it does mean lower prices, higher quality, better over all design at the component level and most importantly CHOICE (freedom, liberty... whatever you want to call it).
This, Apple's current mouse, is *THE* justification and business case for beige box OS x86. People need to wake the fsck up, smell the coffee and realize that Steve jobs is a Style Dictator, not an accomplished businessman. - outerspaceapple, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0teh digg effect!
