10.5.4 update adds RAW support for new Canon, Pentax SLRs
arstechnica.com — Apple has updated its list of digital cameras supported by Mac OS X's Camera Raw. 10.5.4 adds support for eight cameras from Canon, Pentax, Epson, and Leaf.

But this update is available for 10.4.11 and 10.5.2 users. RAW support for these cameras was release as part of an update that was available on 5/28.

- dalesmatrix, on 07/04/2008, -2/+3actually I was under the impression it actually breaks .pef support for the new Pentax K20D, something to do with the Pentax company name changing and OSX not recognising the new one. No doubt an easy fix, but slightly frustrating in the interim. K20D users can shoot in DNG format until the fix is released.
