Before you send a doctor to New Hampshire (#1 in Beer and Spirits, and #1 overall), it should be noted that the state's numbers are skewed by the huge number of non-residents that shop at its government-run, tax-free liquor stores — more than half of the state's liquor sales are to outsiders.
