Without delving too deep into the intricacies of British parliamentary politics, here's some quick background: Sheffield Hallam MP Jared O'Mara came under fire last year when a series of homophobic and misogynistic social media messages he had made resurfaced, and he ended up leaving the Labour Party after being suspended in the wake of the scandal.
He's still serving as an independent MP, although the level of "service" is up for debate — this spring, his constituency office closed "after all of his staff either quit or were fired."
It seems that he at least had a communications staffer still around — at least up until today, when O'Mara's Twitter account went on an extended rant against O'Mara himself, courtesy of disgruntled comms staffer Gareth Arnold:
