NASA Reveals Closeup Of Pluto's Mountain Peaks Of Methane Snow

On Thursday, NASA released closeup photos of a large mountain range covered in methane snow found in the southeast corner of the planet's large red-stained Cthulhu region. Scientists believe that methane on Pluto may act similarly to water in Earth's atmosphere โ€” turning into snow at high altitudes and falling onto the mountain peaks below.
