Remember those excellent drawings that showed you cross-sections of ships and buildings and whatnot, as if they'd been sliced cleanly in half? 

While the guy behind YouTube channel Cut In Half can't do anything on the scale of the Titanic (obviously), he does have access to an OMAX Waterjet cutter and a bunch of items he doesn't seem to care about destroying. And the results are just great.
