Ever wondered what it takes to be successful at the Inuit sport of kneel jump? It takes an incredible amount of strength to leap as far as you can from a kneeling start. CBC video-journalist Mitch Wiles captured this short video of what's involved. The athlete is James Day Jr. from the NWT.
