Troopper Wooten used his taser on his son "official letter"

media.adn.com — Letter from the head of the Alaska State Troopers back in 2006 to Trooper Wooten outlining 11 counts of major misconduct including; tasering his 10 year old stepson, drinking "while" driving his police car, and illegal hunting. This is the real deal, this guy is not "poor trooper Wooten" as the liberal media is making him out to be.
