The Great Ron Paul Flier Bomb Jan 5th 2008
youtube.com — THE GOAL To blanket all of America with A Ron Paul flier. To put up a flier in every laundry facility, every store front, every bulletin board and cork board we can find in America. The goal is for us to get out 100,000 fliers spread out all over America.
- 400 diggs
- digg it
- etg1109, on 12/24/2007, -7/+19There is already 20 fliers around my work....Nevermind getting it done just on the 5th...how about Christmas EVE
- TheKarmaCrip, on 12/24/2007, -29/+2How about showing God a little respect once in a while? Ron Paul should be ashamed.
- AQMessiah, on 12/24/2007, -5/+20Can you PLEASE explain to us what God has to do with Christmas Eve? ... or Ron Paul for that matter?

EDIT: pennyfan87 already posted a PDF version, but whatever.
- Ataxia87, on 12/24/2007, -25/+11***** RONTARDS!
- littlespy, on 12/24/2007, -3/+1i hope people like you do not vote in the upcoming primaries
- Ataxia87, on 12/25/2007, -1/+1Thankfully I'm not American, so it's unlikely I'll be voting.

/comment abuse - NoStoppingUs, on 12/24/2007, -2/+6was this flier created by a 7 year old?
wow.- edwartica, on 12/24/2007, -7/+2No, a seventy something idiot who thinks he has all the answers. Did you see him on Meet the Press yesterday? He couldn't give a strait answer to save his life! I think the geezer's going senile!
- littlespy, on 12/24/2007, -1/+2he's had all the answers for 31 years. I think he has the right answers, especially about the iraq war. He's getting my vote just for that alone. And besides ron paul has generated so much passion in his supporters. I havn't heard about any other candidates supporters doing anything significant for them. Prob. because the people that support other candidates are either not even going to vote or don't really like their candidate that much.
- noself, on 12/24/2007, -1/+0Libertarian *****; way to drain support from candidates who look toward actual peace, love, and unity. ***** Ayn Rand spermatozoa is all you are.
- TheKarmaCrip, on 12/24/2007, -29/+2How about showing God a little respect once in a while? Ron Paul should be ashamed.
- ryanward, on 12/24/2007, -4/+35Leave it to the Ron Pauler's to make this happen...
- Daniel591992, on 12/24/2007, -11/+19Yes, they are professional spammers.
- wutitang, on 12/24/2007, -11/+16Oh noes, people are actually showing support for someone they believe in!!!! What is the world to do.
- WasabiBomb, on 12/24/2007, -6/+11There's a difference between "showing support for someone you believe in" and "littering"... but maybe not for Ron Paul fans, considering how much RP spam we get on Digg.
- littlespy, on 12/24/2007, -0/+4ever think that you are a minority here and the majority of us people with accounts on digg like ron paul
- wutitang, on 12/24/2007, -11/+16Oh noes, people are actually showing support for someone they believe in!!!! What is the world to do.
- xlar54, on 12/24/2007, -3/+11OR... we're not sitting on our asses hoping the media sells our candidate like they are selling all the others.
- Daniel591992, on 12/24/2007, -11/+19Yes, they are professional spammers.
- tuurd, on 12/24/2007, -8/+39Awesome idea, something to do while I am laid off because of the piss-poor economy.
- nicky7, on 12/24/2007, -3/+8Same. Except it was an effect of the writer's strike which got me. But now I can't find work because of the piss-poor economy.
- hoodmonkey, on 12/24/2007, -7/+6Because being annoying is more productive than looking for a job.
- faskill, on 12/24/2007, -12/+4How's the economy bad? Anyone that wants a job can get a job. I'd be willing to bet you just don't want to work. Or you live in an impoverished area overridden by people like you.
- pintomp3, on 12/24/2007, -0/+7there's that christmas spirit.
- michaelaranda, on 12/24/2007, -5/+36I'm all for it, but honestly, I wouldn't mind a flier that was a little...
...prettier.- Vhaeos, on 12/24/2007, -0/+6Color will do a lot.
- dchapman149, on 12/24/2007, -9/+20I'm in. Spread the link to this around the net. We need it to go viral.
- TheJokerV, on 12/24/2007, -0/+9He already has gone viral. We need him to go mainstream.
- Loxahatchee, on 12/24/2007, -6/+0You Ron Paulers are a virus
- Lolerdong, on 12/24/2007, -26/+7***** YEAH DR RONALD ***** PAUL COMING TO A TOWN NEAR YOU TO PWN THE NWO!
- seks03, on 12/24/2007, -6/+18Heres one that I made ronpaulmessage com/flyers.html
- afruff23, on 12/24/2007, -1/+5Wow, that is great. Better than some of the ones on ronpaul2008.com which appeal to only conservatives.
- AQMessiah, on 12/24/2007, -1/+12Agreed, it's not bad. But you couldn't have reread it once or twice?
"the money was donated BUY individuals...." - mooseontheloose, on 12/24/2007, -1/+3Fix the spelling error and I'd use that
- rpg405, on 12/24/2007, -1/+1Also, it'd be helpful to export it as a real PDF file, with vector based text, so we can make it as large as we need to.
- FascistNation, on 12/24/2007, -7/+15Hey a great idea. And don't be afraid to make your own as that would be very R3VOLutionary.
- noself, on 12/24/2007, -0/+1That is the stupidest slogan I have ever seen. It hurts the eyes.
- xrmb, on 12/24/2007, -4/+8our neighborhood has already so many Ron Paul signs... I don't know where to put more, but I'll check the local Shake-Shop and library, the only places with a board, well and no people going there ;)
Is it ok to post them on light poles or can we run into trouble then? - brainboy77, on 12/24/2007, -24/+35QUICK! CALLING ALL RON PAUL SPAMMERS!!!!
- callmejordy265, on 12/24/2007, -7/+4Quick! Calling all deucshebags!
oh wait, your already here- benchwarmer, on 12/24/2007, -0/+8points for most creative spelling. "deucshe". hahahaha.
- sugablonde, on 12/31/2007, -0/+1and "your"
- benchwarmer, on 12/24/2007, -0/+8points for most creative spelling. "deucshe". hahahaha.
- thesonofdarwin, on 12/24/2007, -2/+3Stop being redundant.
- Loxahatchee, on 12/24/2007, -3/+1Stop spamming then?
- callmejordy265, on 12/24/2007, -7/+4Quick! Calling all deucshebags!
- thenativeraver, on 12/24/2007, -28/+23leave it to the ron paulers to spam the streets
- xlar54, on 12/24/2007, -6/+12Leave it to the media to spam for Hillary, Obama, Guilliani, Huckabee, ad nauseum....
- wm2010russ, on 12/24/2007, -5/+10i think its called campaigning actually... hmm i may be wrong though...
- Qtip42, on 12/24/2007, -6/+12Someone post a list of the proper places to put them and also where not to put them (or is illegal in some way). That way everyone is on the same page.
- SteveIsTheDude, on 12/24/2007, -5/+3yo mamas ass
- TheJokerV, on 12/24/2007, -0/+2That would definitely be a good idea. Guys the important thing to remember is that the media and other candidates are looking for any reason attack Dr.Paul. Please, nobody do anything too stupid. Don't put these flyers up in inappropriate places. Don't put these on car windshields. We want to be RESPECTFUL of public/private property. Alsoplease don't flyer spam (i.e. covering an entire door in these flyers or just throwing a hundred into the sidewalk/street hoping they get seen). Remember if you are a true Ron Paul supporter you won't do anything which will cast him in a bad light. The purpose of these flyers is to inform, not annoy. That being said, happy flyer "installing" everyone.
- noahhoward, on 12/24/2007, -0/+1You need to check with your city council. The bylaws will vary from place to place.
- Shogi, on 12/24/2007, -23/+24Fantastic. Now I don't just have to dodge the Ron Paul spam online, I also have to dodge it in real life.
- littlespy, on 12/24/2007, -6/+5we're just trying to counter all the 'spamming' the MSM does for the other candidates
- RonPaulSpammer, on 12/24/2007, -1/+8That's the free market for ya.
- noself, on 12/24/2007, -0/+1Just do what I do; run the signs over with your car, and write in sharpie on the fliers: ALL HOMELESS DIE, CORPORATE FASCISM FOREVER
- littlespy, on 12/24/2007, -6/+5we're just trying to counter all the 'spamming' the MSM does for the other candidates
- Proctor, on 12/24/2007, -5/+5The flyer sucks, and the one commented above doesn't work. Give me a good banner to print and i'll hang some around town.
- Vhaeos, on 12/24/2007, -2/+12http://ronpaulmessage.com/flyers.html
- scubasteve377, on 12/24/2007, -0/+2Its good but, the word 'BUY' should be 'BY' as in, "was donated BY indivduals." Somebody really needs to get that fixed before these go out.
- Vhaeos, on 12/24/2007, -2/+12http://ronpaulmessage.com/flyers.html
- NoOneButMe, on 12/24/2007, -17/+23Because thats all we need, more garbage going around the streets?
- dancantone, on 12/24/2007, -1/+3Ironically, this garbage will help clean the real gargabe that started the garbage blowing around in the first place...we'll clean it up!
You just sit back and watch TV and smoke meth all day while we handle this...don't worry your weary little head.
- dancantone, on 12/24/2007, -1/+3Ironically, this garbage will help clean the real gargabe that started the garbage blowing around in the first place...we'll clean it up!
- Qtip42, on 12/24/2007, -7/+5The point is not to post garbage or in places where people won't throw them away. Be creative! Maybe make LED throwies to go with them......I dunno.
- dukeeeey, on 12/24/2007, -2/+3no not the LED ones
someone might call a bomb threat ;)
you know .. gotta keep the people scared- edwartica, on 12/24/2007, -2/+2I kind of wish they would. Then maybe someone would label Ron Paul as a terrorist and ship him to Guantanamo bay.
- dukeeeey, on 12/24/2007, -2/+3no not the LED ones
- timbro1, on 12/24/2007, -14/+6GO PAUL RON GO!
- newfoundnfglory, on 12/24/2007, -7/+6only 100,000?!?! seriously we could destroy that if people were really serious
- MikeFallopian, on 12/24/2007, -2/+3That's already about 100 fliers per Ron Paul supporter...
- Loxahatchee, on 12/24/2007, -2/+0Yes more trash on our streets! Great idea dude!
- UGM2099, on 12/24/2007, -4/+18Let's not BLANKET anything with a bunch of paper. Be a respectful bunch. I was so happy when I walked by some sign carrying Ron Paul supporters outside Grand Central Terminal in New York and they were just nice, not pushy, unlike the supporters of so many other candidates throughout the years.
- crapmatic, on 12/24/2007, -4/+15The irony when Kevin Rose wakes up and finds 8,000 tacked to his front door.
- randyzaia, on 12/24/2007, -15/+6will you paultards just admit that you like him because he'll let you smoke weed without the man hassling you?
- SadFlask, on 12/24/2007, -3/+1Dugg down, for the sad truth that is is...
- littlespy, on 12/24/2007, -2/+5ron paul is really not pro drugs, he just respects that the constitution does not give the fed power to regulate them
- wigren, on 12/24/2007, -0/+1And what's wrong with that?
- randyzaia, on 12/24/2007, -0/+1Absolutely nothing. It's just hilarious seeing all these paultards running around talking about the gold standard and strict constructionism when all they really care about is legal weed.
If you guys are all such fans of strict constructionism, I imagine you're also huge fans of Clarence Thomas and Antonin Scalia?
- randyzaia, on 12/24/2007, -0/+1Absolutely nothing. It's just hilarious seeing all these paultards running around talking about the gold standard and strict constructionism when all they really care about is legal weed.
- Adgeman, on 12/24/2007, -11/+6So he's not an environMENTALIST then?
- arbouler, on 12/24/2007, -3/+23jesus christ, i support ron paul, but this is gonna be so ***** annoying...
i've heard my friends complain about ron paul's supporters trying to preach just like those christian preachers around campuses trying too hard to convert people, and end up with more people disliking them...- NoStoppingUs, on 12/24/2007, -1/+5the main reason i wont support ron paul is because of his supporters. you can tell a lot about a candidate from their supporters, and so far, i've hated the things i've seen. most of his supporters act like a bunch of immature frat dudes, going around shouting down people and other candidates, spamming, etc. it's a shame too. i like a lot of paul's ideas, but i've never delved into any of the subtance because his supporters act like idiots, and that tells me that i have no desire to look into the substance. it's no use though. i'll be dug down for criticizing TEH PAUL SUPPORTERS, and then someone will say "look where its gotten us so far!" when they really should be saying "we've gone about it in the wrong way, and look where we STILL are". sigh.
- catfish182, on 12/25/2007, -0/+1Thank you arbouler and nostoppingus.
I have been saying this for a while.
The Paul supporters will be his undoing. Now myself i dont like anything he says do to, for me, a lack of detail.
to get people to join though the supporters are way to serious and taking it to far and that will be the undoing before it can be done.
thank you though for being this out.
- catfish182, on 12/25/2007, -0/+1Thank you arbouler and nostoppingus.
- UGM2099, on 12/24/2007, -0/+1Yeah that's really an unfortunate downside of having alot of passionate young people on your side. Not that I'm against is... the equivalent in the older generation involves quiet evil and ballot rigging.
- lastdeadmouse, on 12/24/2007, -0/+1Except the 18-24 yr old demographic put Nixon in office.
- NoStoppingUs, on 12/24/2007, -1/+5the main reason i wont support ron paul is because of his supporters. you can tell a lot about a candidate from their supporters, and so far, i've hated the things i've seen. most of his supporters act like a bunch of immature frat dudes, going around shouting down people and other candidates, spamming, etc. it's a shame too. i like a lot of paul's ideas, but i've never delved into any of the subtance because his supporters act like idiots, and that tells me that i have no desire to look into the substance. it's no use though. i'll be dug down for criticizing TEH PAUL SUPPORTERS, and then someone will say "look where its gotten us so far!" when they really should be saying "we've gone about it in the wrong way, and look where we STILL are". sigh.
- isunktheship, on 12/24/2007, -7/+5How do I install again? Do they need linux?
- pxlpshr, on 09/04/2008, -8/+21How inappropriate and quite frankly, second-rate... this isn't effective viral marketing... this is pathetic... lets pollute the environment in favor of political activism...
- spyd3rweb, on 12/24/2007, -5/+5What good is an environment if no one can use it.
- pxlpshr, on 09/04/2008, -4/+8What good is polluting our precious environment for someone that has no chance in hell of winning nor accomplishing 1/4 of his agenda even if hell froze and pigs littered the sky... The right hates his foreign policy and his domestic policy offends the left. GG stalemate presidency.
- xlar54, on 12/24/2007, -6/+3Oh please... like some pieces of paper is going to pollute the otherwise *pristine* environment. I hate Californians...
- pxlpshr, on 09/04/2008, -2/+3I've been a texan my entire life and moved to california less than a year ago for a job, with the intention of moving back ASAP. I hate headline-reading, surface loving Diggers...
- xlar54, on 12/26/2007, -0/+1Funny thing is, I was just kidding... I had no idea you were really from California. Wow... lol
- pxlpshr, on 09/04/2008, -2/+3I've been a texan my entire life and moved to california less than a year ago for a job, with the intention of moving back ASAP. I hate headline-reading, surface loving Diggers...
- banmaster, on 12/24/2007, -0/+1Well, I guess the fliers could be printed on recycled and bio-degradable paper right. That would be good.
- spyd3rweb, on 12/24/2007, -5/+5What good is an environment if no one can use it.
- jetboyterp, on 12/24/2007, -14/+23Is there anything the Paulbots won't spam? Why not just tattoo "Ron Paul" to your foreheads and wander aimlessly in the streets...
- edwartica, on 12/24/2007, -0/+1Pretty soon the traffic signs are going to have Ron Paul spam on them.
- purpmint008, on 12/24/2007, -2/+9Honestly, the flier doesn't even highlight the best about Ron Paul.
What happen to removing the IRS?
Removing the Federal Reserve?
and a lot more...- lastdeadmouse, on 12/24/2007, -2/+6That's right... we'll turn over our schools, firehouses, police stations, water companies, hospitals, ports, (you name it) to private industry. That'll be good for us.
- scubasteve377, on 12/24/2007, -1/+1Hi. Do you understand the difference between the federal government and local governments?
- lastdeadmouse, on 12/24/2007, -1/+1Yes, I do. I was just making a simple point regarding "free market economy". I like the idea of nationalized resources and essential services; worker protections. Forgive me for not being a firm believer in unregulated cut-throat capitalism, I lived through the Reagan years.
- scubasteve377, on 12/24/2007, -1/+1That's fine. You can socialize anything you want. In *your* state. That way if you fail, you don't drag the rest of us down with you. I have always wondered where this egomaniacal need to impose one's beliefs and policies on 300 million people comes from. Intolerance? Self-righteousness? Little of column A, little of column B?
- lastdeadmouse, on 12/24/2007, -1/+1Yes, I do. I was just making a simple point regarding "free market economy". I like the idea of nationalized resources and essential services; worker protections. Forgive me for not being a firm believer in unregulated cut-throat capitalism, I lived through the Reagan years.
- scubasteve377, on 12/24/2007, -1/+1Hi. Do you understand the difference between the federal government and local governments?
- pxlpshr, on 09/04/2008, -4/+8You mean, create substantial job loss and add to the already growing population of homeless vets... approx. 1/4 of the homeless are vets. Do you Digg clowns even realize how many businesses and citizens rely on servicing the tax industry for their income? Jesus h christ.
- lastdeadmouse, on 12/24/2007, -1/+6Realize? They weren't even alive during Reaganomics to remember.
- WilliamDavis, on 12/24/2007, -1/+2"Do you Digg clowns even realize how many businesses and citizens rely on servicing the tax industry for their income?"
Yes, this clown does, and it saddens me. You can't make a compelling case as to why I should continue to subsidize their unneeded jobs.- lastdeadmouse, on 12/24/2007, -1/+1It really is every man for himself in your eyes, isn't it? What saddens me is a world without compassion.
- WilliamDavis, on 12/24/2007, -0/+2It's extremely likely that I donate more to various charities than you do. Why should my money be going to able-bodied tax accountants that could be performing some other job? Come down off of your high hose and explain that to me.
- lastdeadmouse, on 12/24/2007, -1/+1It really is every man for himself in your eyes, isn't it? What saddens me is a world without compassion.
- scubasteve377, on 12/24/2007, -0/+2That's ***** retarded. That's like saying we need to keep the war in Iraq going so that the contractors don't lose their jobs.
- nextedge, on 12/24/2007, -0/+0I agree, I think we need a thread for coming up with the best Ron Pay fliers. I am sure with all the talent we have here that we can improve things a hell of a lot more. The one up above is a good start, but it doesn't have a highly visible and catching tag line, there is nothing to grab the attention of people that DON'T know who Ron Paul is.
- lastdeadmouse, on 12/24/2007, -0/+1Yeah, like the Digg army.
- lastdeadmouse, on 12/24/2007, -2/+6That's right... we'll turn over our schools, firehouses, police stations, water companies, hospitals, ports, (you name it) to private industry. That'll be good for us.
- lastdeadmouse, on 12/24/2007, -11/+17Man, the Digg army has no political memory. You support Ron Paul blindly, bury ANY naysayers, and flood this site and others with spam. Follow blindly, and until democracy is a myth.
- mooseontheloose, on 12/24/2007, -3/+4Because the amount of supporters on internet sites has a direct correlation of the amount of democracy you have in the real world? You're free to start your own site and bury every Ron Paul related item you see.
- lastdeadmouse, on 12/24/2007, -2/+3Last I checked, this wasn't www.ronpaulgg.com, and I'm not entirely sure that the massive body of 18-24 yr old diggers know what this man is all about.
- mooseontheloose, on 12/24/2007, -1/+1Some Digg members are just here for Digg only, yes, but I don't think the MAJORITY of them are spammers. I think a lot of people on Digg actually like Paul, hence the constant exposure. It's one of his best demographics, after all (and yes, it includes me). But I don't at all blindly follow Paul, since I've also stated that people bitching about Paul being a lunatic should do something more productive like campaign for Kucinich or Gravel (both of whom are great candidates) or anyone else.
- lastdeadmouse, on 12/24/2007, -0/+2How can a Ron Paul supporter consider Kucinich or Gravel great candidates (agreed they are)?
- lastdeadmouse, on 12/24/2007, -2/+3Last I checked, this wasn't www.ronpaulgg.com, and I'm not entirely sure that the massive body of 18-24 yr old diggers know what this man is all about.

- right75, on 12/24/2007, -13/+24Please don't deliver a Ron Paul flier to my house. I think the guy is nuts.
- mooseontheloose, on 12/24/2007, -5/+8Your last 3 comments:
"Who gives a crap. I'm tired of being forced to live "green". The whole thing is a racket intended to take away our freedoms and tax dollars."
"Sorry, I didn't hear Fox News "denigrate" Al Gore. I heard the following: "All right, we've been listening to Al Gore give his acceptance speech for the Nobel Peace Prize." Then I heard another of the broadcasters say: "Congratulations Mr. Gore". There.."
"Oh, I cannot wait... I just can't get enough of Paris. Or Britney. *sarcasm*"
You must be real fun at parties- edwartica, on 12/24/2007, -0/+2I really wanted to digg you down, but damn, you burned him!
- right75, on 12/25/2007, -0/+1Wow, you had to go back to my other comments just to come up with some remark to my comment? Maybe if you had anything worth saying you wouldn't have had to use my own words.
The fact that you support him (I'm guessing), with your insults towards me, makes me even further question the guy. Most (not all, but most) Ron Paul supporters I've come across are brash, condescending, and pretty much rude in how they "support" their candidate. That sort of activity alone hardly speaks in a flattering way to the quality of your candidate. But, it makes me think all the more what I wrote earlier: Paul is nuts, and he attracts to kooks. Sorry (not), just the way I see it.
- littlespy, on 12/24/2007, -2/+7that's what they probably said about thomas jefferson and george washington... and we all know they were some of the smartest americans who ever lived
- lastdeadmouse, on 12/24/2007, -1/+4'Jefferson specifically warned against "banking institutions and monied incorporations" (what we would now call "corporations") and said that if they grow, the aristocrats will have won and the American Revolution will have been lost.'
Sounds like Ron Paul's polar opposite. - trogdoor, on 12/24/2007, -0/+1That doesn't change the fact that I don't want people putting fliers on my door, for any candidate. Also, there were many people who were called crazy in their time that actually were in fact crazy, they probably greatly outnumber those who weren't. That's not to say that because someone calls you crazy you are, it's just that your argument doesn't really hold water.
- VaporBro, on 12/24/2007, -1/+1Washington...Washington...6 foot 20 ***** killing for fun...
Washington...Washington...
He's coming
He's coming
He's coming...

- edwartica, on 12/24/2007, -0/+1If anyone tries to give me Ron Paul flyers, the person might find the flyers shoved up thier arse!

- orxor, on 12/24/2007, -3/+7How about making it a PDF and not a Publisher file?
- Cheeseness, on 12/24/2007, -2/+9It'd be nice if you could find a way to campaign that didn't waste so much paper.
From an outsider's perspective, with this sort of thing going on and being shoved down everyone's throat, it's no wonder that USA elections have such low voter turn outs. - neiltc13, on 12/24/2007, -8/+5Online we call this spam and here in the EU we have LAWS against it. Surely Mr Paul wouldn't want to be breaking any laws now, would he?
- mooseontheloose, on 12/24/2007, -1/+7Luckily for you, Paul isn't campaigning for President in an EU country
- Loxahatchee, on 12/24/2007, -4/+6Isn't America polluted enough?
- Ub3rg33k, on 12/24/2007, -1/+6Flyers really don't change minds. Getting people off their ass to register AND vote in the primaries will change minds.
- littlespy, on 12/24/2007, -2/+5ya but flyers raise name recognition, which ron is lacking in
- gungaroo22, on 12/24/2007, -7/+4No, a lot of people recognize him. Most people are just sensible enough to not support him.
- LLamaStar, on 12/24/2007, -4/+2yep, so true.
- littlespy, on 12/24/2007, -1/+5no a lot of people still don't know who he is... that's fine if your going to vote for someone else but we're trying to reach undecided voters not people like you who have made up their minds
- Ub3rg33k, on 12/24/2007, -1/+2When was the last time you saw a flier and it swayed your opinion on something, particularly politics? I'm guessing never or almost never. Just passive spamming fliers will piss people off. Getting people to talk about the issues; how far off course our government has strayed from the Constitution, imperialist forgien policy, overspending, etc. and mentioning at the end "you know there's this guy who wants to go back to Constitutional government..." has proven more effective than for me than any flier will ever do. Passive advertising won't cut it because people have learned to tune it out from the years and years of companies trying to cram crap down our throats. You're going to have to engage people actively if you want to win hears and minds this time around.
- littlespy, on 12/24/2007, -0/+1i agree with what you saying, but if there are people out there that want to flyer around their areas for ron paul that's fine with me. it might be enough for a handful of people to go do some research on the guy

good flier
http://ronpaulmessage.com/flyers.html- harlowsmonkeys, on 12/24/2007, -1/+1That one leaves off the best parts, like allowing government to regulate what consenting adults do in the privacy of their bedrooms, and allowing government to institute racial segregation? How come Ron Paul supports never want to promote those positions of his? And yes, his policies would allow that--as long as it is state government doing it. He considers the Federal laws and Supreme Court rulings that stopped the states from doing those things as being unconstitutional and would try to repeal them.
- scubasteve377, on 12/24/2007, -0/+1"donanted BY individuals" not "donated BUY individuals"
PLEASE FIX THIS!
- zjvos, on 12/24/2007, -20/+10God, I'm tired of all this Ron Paul *****... go ahead, bury me you Ron Paul-loving idiots, but he is a joke and you follow him blindly like ignorant cultists.
- restlessdesign, on 12/24/2007, -4/+6Wow! What a strong argument you make!
- WilliamDavis, on 12/24/2007, -1/+3Turned me around completely.
- mikesty, on 12/24/2007, -0/+3You have a point. I'm a Ron Paul supporter and I'm getting kind of tired of it - Digg doesn't need RP publicity, normal people do.
Actually, I guess then, this article would fit. - noself, on 12/24/2007, -0/+0I agree. He's draining all the support from candidates who actually support progressive platforms rather than nutjob libertopia jerkoffs. Anyone who thinks Ron Paul is the answer is a moron.
- restlessdesign, on 12/24/2007, -4/+6Wow! What a strong argument you make!

- vegask, on 12/24/2007, -10/+4If your a fan of Ron Paul and have not particpated in the pollster poll, please do so. Lets make some numbers.

- aaron4, on 12/24/2007, -6/+3i cant wait til they organize the Ron Paul puppy bomb!
- scubasteve377, on 12/24/2007, -0/+1Sounds messy.
- banmaster, on 12/24/2007, -0/+1We get to blow up puppies!!? Cool!
- Comatose51, on 12/24/2007, -2/+8Say what you will about spamming but at least spamming in real life takes effort.
- kbned, on 12/24/2007, -4/+6This will probably piss people off and turn undecided voters away from Ron Paul. You're better off telling people you know to check his site rather than spamming the ***** out of everyone.
- scubasteve377, on 12/24/2007, -0/+1Flyers produce one of two reactions from emotionally balanced individuals, interest or indifference. I have never been pissed off by seeing a flyer on a bulletin board. I would encourage anyone who does to get counseling.
- kbned, on 12/25/2007, -0/+0There is a difference between sticking up a flier on a bulletin board and the goal of this flier bomb event: "to blanket all of America with A Ron Paul flier". This event is not about informing the people but rather spamming them into submission. Don't take part in this event if you're really in this to get Ron Paul elected or at least be sensible about where and how many fliers you put up.

- glitchbit, on 12/24/2007, -10/+5...The similarities between Ron Paul and spam are striking..
and 2 don't disgrace Queen with politics
3 Like with real email, the legitimate ones are few and far in between - Swarms, on 12/24/2007, -7/+9Finished spamming the internet, now spam the real world. I've never looked at a flier in my life, especially not one that was handed to me.
- mooseontheloose, on 12/24/2007, -3/+0Congratulations for you! Would you like your cookie with or without chocolate chips?
- Swarms, on 12/24/2007, -0/+3The point is, this will piss off more people than it will impress. The only ones that care about Ron Paul fliers posted everywhere are the people that have already decided they are going to vote for him, no matter what he does or says. Everyone else is just getting more and more pissed off at the constant Ron Paul spam everywhere we look. Yes, I'm impressed one candidate has such a dedicated following, but it's become an immature spectacle. You bury anything negative about Ron Paul, immediately digg anything positive, all the while blaming everyone else of blindly following someone else.
- mooseontheloose, on 12/24/2007, -2/+1Do you generally get pissed off about all things that you claim to never look at in your life...? I honestly don't see how a flier will make someone think "OH MY GOD THE OUTRAGE!!! HE PUT A FLIER! UP! IM NEVER VOTING FOR THAT SCUMBAG!" Chill. It's a piece of paper next to a bunch of other pieces of papers put up on a place specifically designated for those very pieces of paper!
- Swarms, on 12/24/2007, -0/+2Wrong, it will be thosuands of pieces of paper, the same paper, everywhere you look. Do you really think these fliers will be put up in an orderly fashion on bulletin boards designed for fliers? Have you ever talked to a Ron Paul supporter on digg?
- mooseontheloose, on 12/24/2007, -1/+0If it's done that way, then yes, I agree. But I was thinking more along the lines of just one flier pinned up on a billboard next to other ones. Hell, at college all those GRE/LSAT test prepping services spammed way more than a single Paul flier would. Nobody's saying that the streets should be littered with fliers dumped from the blimp by the millions. 100,000 fliers across the US isn't even a blip on the radar.

- cliffclaven26, on 12/24/2007, -0/+1Fewf, for a minute there I thought that you were actually going to vote.
- dancantone, on 12/24/2007, -0/+1Just stupid....
- banmaster, on 12/24/2007, -0/+2So you'll never vote for him because people who he has no control over promote him in a way you don't personally like?
Hmmm, I can totally see your logic there

- pxlpshr, on 09/04/2008, -12/+10Where's the bomb that makes Ron Paul spam go away? We need one for Digg kiddies too.
- littlespy, on 12/24/2007, -4/+2what candidate are you passinate about?
- trogdoor, on 12/24/2007, -0/+1None, what's your point?
- bingobongony, on 12/24/2007, -0/+5Don't worry. He'll go away in about a month. Afer that, we'll have to put up with about 2 weeks of delusional whining about how the voting was rigged and that he really had 40% of the votes. But by MArch it will die down. As a bonus, Kucinich will also be gone by then.
- littlespy, on 12/24/2007, -2/+1if that's your goal bingobongony you should register as a republican and vote for guiliani, that way you can cancel out my vote
