The Candidates and Property Rights

But the SCOTUS has gutted our private property Rights. We have none, because if the government can take your property and give it to a private party, then under what pretenses can they *not* take your property?
Then when you consider zoning laws, which gives government a controlling interest in your own property, you have a complete breakdown to a basic human right, the fruits of your own labor and the right to your own property.
Unless either of these candidate promise to change both of these encroachments on our property rights (even though Bush has proven that promises mean nothing), neither should be voted for.
