Something Is Fishy....
ridgeliner7.wordpress.com — Less than an hour ago, The Washington Post moved another article about Obama not visiting those wounded troops. Why did they put it up? It isn't breaking anything new. As John McCain's spokesman, Brian Rogers, said: "Barack Obama is wrong. It is never 'inappropriate' to visit our men and women in the military." So, again, I ask why was it put up?

The Pentagon said on Friday that it did not prevent an Obama visit:
“Nobody denied Senator Obama the opportunity to visit our wounded being cared for at Landstuhl. Obviously, as a sitting senator, he has an interest in that and can certainly visit in an official capacity,” said Bryan Whitman, a spokesman for the Pentagon, who added that there are “restrictions on what you can do as a candidate for political office, that stems from trying to maintain political neutrality and not have the military involved in politics.”
Basically no speeches or teleprompters - So I guess Obama didnt want to take that chance.
Not to mention Obama claiming that Politicians and diplomacy was the reason for the success in Iraq and not troops or surge. - Cheezo, on 07/26/2008, -0/+2if the obamamessiah really cared about wounded soldiers he wouldn't run against one
