Ron Paul Supporters "Spam" Campaign with $500,000 in 3 Days
thinkrink.wordpress.com — With a goal of raising $500,000 in the last six days of the quarter, the “Paulites” stepped up to the challenge and reached the goal in just 72 hours. With three days to spare, the goal was doubled to one-million dollars, and should be easily reached before the deadline. So what did Congressman Paul have to say about the results?

- tardmongerster, on 10/10/2007, -1/+24You'll get your money back plus more once Ron Paul shuts down the IRS.
- Infowarmachine, on 10/10/2007, -1/+19i forgot its showing real time updates of donors on the front page.. shouldve grabbed a screenshot of my name up on there that would be neat ;)
- jdieter, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2so, DONATE AGAIN! $17.76 seems to be a popular amount :)
I got my screen shot, and it is quite cool!- Infowarmachine, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1ive been giving much larger amounts, i think my wife is considering taking my name off of the account ;)

- SiliconBadger, on 10/10/2007, -1/+14Donated and Dugg! Oh, I can't wait to see what our 3rd quarter total is! Best investment opportunity I've ever encountered.
- PongGod, on 10/10/2007, -0/+15Meanwhile, the Huckster campaign is still trying to get 2500 donations (of any size) this week... LOL!
- pilby, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4i do believe that campaign started like two weeks ago. and they supposedly still need over 700 in the next three days.
- Rakae, on 10/10/2007, -1/+13I used to think that Ron Paul never had a chance but in US it is all about money. If he keeps getting these kind of funds he will win for sure.
- Ulisses, on 10/10/2007, -9/+2Chris Dodd has 3 times more money than Ronald. Chris ***** Dodd. Think about it.
- PongGod, on 10/10/2007, -1/+3Yeah, but his money didn't come from regular people who are passionate about real change. He's just another establishment candidate who gets money from the various special interests. Dodd is just more of the same.

- SandorClegane, on 10/10/2007, -2/+17I'm sure this is only like 10 Ron Paul supporters who all have like 25 bank accounts and social security numbers each donating hundreds of times!
- Ulisses, on 10/10/2007, -11/+2I'm sure the campaign couldn't just be pulling these numbers out of their collective asses. Why is it that Ron Paul has got the lowest rate of spending to cash on hand of ANY candidate?
- raisputin3, on 10/10/2007, -1/+12Because Ron Paul is a Conservative and doesn't spend needlessly.
- katie212, on 10/10/2007, -1/+8Ullsses, come back over to Americas constitutional beliefs of liberty and give up that patriot act .
- Ulisses, on 10/10/2007, -6/+2Thanks for your concern but I'm neither American nor a fan of the patriot act.
I do like your username though, what does the 212 stand for? Is it the sockpuppet count?
- Ulisses, on 10/10/2007, -6/+2Thanks for your concern but I'm neither American nor a fan of the patriot act.
- SandorClegane, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5Because unlike the "top tier" candidates. Ron Paul has supporters who *believe* in his message and willing put their own time and money into his campaign, instead of needing to be hired.
- Libberkey, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Do you live in Disney land?

- mamaforfreedom, on 10/10/2007, -1/+17I'm sooo EXCITED!!! Ron Paul as our next president is actually in the realm of possibilities. A real reason for hope. Imagine...
- maz2331, on 10/10/2007, -0/+21I think I just heard Hannity's head explode.
All that dollar spam now...- PongGod, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5I'll throw in another $50 to see that happen.
- aholedetector, on 10/10/2007, -0/+0I'm getting out my wallet again. How about including Republicrap Rush & Islamofascistocrat Savage into that scenario?.
- PongGod, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5I'll throw in another $50 to see that happen.
- katie212, on 10/10/2007, -0/+13Spamming for Dollars!!!?? :) Ron Paul is the Peoples candidate of choice in 2008.
- Vitacore, on 10/10/2007, -0/+9I love my name on the Ron Paul website. :)
Historic! - voytechs, on 10/10/2007, -0/+6People, this is investment in your and your children's future. Donate today, the maximum you can, even if its just $10 if that is your maximum. Every little adds up quickly.
Also remember, for those richer, if you changed your mind, but you have already donated to another candidate, even if you donated the max, you can donate to Ron Paul. The max is per candidate, not total on election. You can't take your money back from the other candidate, but you can make it right again by offsetting and donating to Ron Paul. - voytechs, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5Just passed $600K and it keeps going and going and going. Way to go. We're gonna win this thing in the end. Go Ron Paul!!!!
- libertysilver, on 10/10/2007, -0/+7Ron Paul-Ron Paul. I was standing talking to someone tonight on a downtown street here tonight. I just happened to have a Ron Paul sign with me. He was so excited as he had seen a small flier I had put up the week before and had gone right home to see what Ron Paul was all about. He became part of the Revolution from just that one flier. Now he found us tonight and is ready to roll! Get those fliers out around you- Donate-We ARE making waves people! Keep it Rolling!
- aholedetector, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Ron Paul can win if we persistently counter the media propaganda saying he isn't a contender. Many Americans are politically apathetic because they're fed up with phony, lying politicians. We can use this to our advantage if we motivate the disenchanted, disillusioned people who aren't registered to vote. We can educate everyone in our sphere of influence, planting a seed in the minds of the indifferent & the ambivalent with the fact that Ron Paul is the REAL DEAL representing THE PEOPLE, not billionaires' interests. We need to appeal to their sense of duty as Americans. We need to communicate the urgency of our nation's financial, immigration & judicial crisis. We need to ask them if they're willing to let their country be stolen from them without a fight after thousands of their ancestors & loved-ones died to preserve our republic. We need to counter the lies of the neo-conservatives who have hijacked the Republican Party. We need to flood the Republican Convention in '08 with Ron Paul supporters. We need to eliminate the use of electronic voting machines in our districts & return to paper ballots. We need to study historical, successful non-violent political movements & use every tactic at our disposal. We can topple the current criminal syndicate of corporate government if we get involved & PERSIST!
- ryanschmidt, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Have faith that this country still has hope. Vote Ron Paul 2008.
