The Palins declared $166,000+ on their 2007 taxes. That's more than 3 times the median income level. She's not Joe-Sixpack; she's more like Sarah-Pink-Champagne.
If I could triple my middle-class income, I could get out of debt really fast and stop worrying. I could pay off student loans and pay down my mortgage. Bringing in 3 times the median income puts the Palins in a whole different economic stratus than most of us. I think it's fine that Sarah's family is doing well financially, but she should stop pretending she's living like the rest of us. - IrishJoe, on 10/05/2008, -0/+1She also drinks skinny lattes according to her staff.
