- Crackerpat, on 09/06/2008, -9/+3I was just telling a friend mine that Digg doesn't have enough stories on Sarah Palin. Thanks for sharing this with us all!
- bluevillage, on 09/06/2008, -10/+10Just like Cheney. She's in the pocket of big oil. And she'll push harder than anyone to drill in ANWR.
- zeronitro, on 09/07/2008, -0/+2Yes she does support drilling in ANWR, as most Alaskans do.
- chicofaraby, on 09/07/2008, -1/+2Yep, another right winger who puts greed over common sense.
- bluevillage, on 09/07/2008, -0/+1Just shows how far out of the mainstream she and "most Alaskans" are. Even McCain doesn't agree with this, or didn't up till now. We'll see.
- zeronitro, on 09/07/2008, -0/+2Yes she does support drilling in ANWR, as most Alaskans do.
- freedomjoe, on 09/06/2008, -9/+8she's just an oil whore like all republicans and like all of them, she lies and they know she lies, about cutting waste. They say one thing and do another, decimate the earth's resources, and ride to wealth and glory on the backs' of the people. Nothing new here -- she's just hiding beneath the veneer of a failed beauty queen, which makes it momentarily interesting until you realize you're looking at Dick Cheney. And hence, another 4 years of BUSH/CHENEY. Apparently, there are still some "people" in this country who think they did a good enough job so why not? LOL. Yup. Banks failing even as we sit here, unemployment higher again, people losing their jobs and homes -- but then, you all know you're a bunch of whiners and pussies according to the republicans. get up on your own two feet, says the party who got where they are on your back.
I say to them, you get on your own two feet and march on down to the local courtroom and turn yourselves in. Stop running. Oh, and it would be great if you all would pretend to care about Democracy the tiniest bit, at least before you get into office, but actually putting on some show of letting the empty oil whore talking head answer some pre-rehearsed questions. I seriously have to wonder at just how good your show is going to be since you aren't even marching her out to your buddies at Faux. The puppet masters are at it again and the crowd eats it up-- Hey, Republican voters, don't get used again.- zeronitro, on 09/07/2008, -0/+2I don't even know if its worth trying to determine what logic you attempted to use while posting that.
To be more accurate, Palin is pro-energy rather then just an "oil-whore". She is all about using whatever sort of energy source the US can to become energy independent. In fact, she even went as far as to praise obama for calling on the US to work with Canada on an Alaskan natural gas pipeline.
And WTF is with this "and like all of them, she lies and they know she lies" BS? You know this as a fact? Get off your high horse. Just about every politician ever, ever, lies. That includes your messiah obama. That includes your "do-no-wrong" democratic party that is ever as bad as the republicans have become. And speaking of the democrat party, what exactly have they done in congress since being elected in 2006? You know, something, anything, other then having the lowest approval rating of all time?
Please, for the sake of everyone and even yourself, read a bit outside of your typical sources, and try to look at things objectively. As in, if this policy goes through what is the actual result? Things like obamas capital gains tax that just doesn't make a bit of logical sense. Do it for the kids- oh wait, even better, do it for "change" and "hope"! and all that good fuzzy feeling stuff.

- InvisibleInk, on 09/07/2008, -4/+5You know how to save money on energy? Dismantle the militarism that Eisenhower so famously warned against in his farewell address. Withdraw all American military personnel from every country where they are based and assume the defensive posture envisioned by George Washington and the rest of the Founders. Abandon this unconstitutional empire. Save trillions of dollars and spend some of the resulting windfall on alternative fuels research.
- mannyqui, on 09/07/2008, -2/+1Not surprised
- fadeout, on 09/07/2008, -2/+3Cheney in a dress.
- chicofaraby, on 09/07/2008, -1/+1Great, now I have to gouge out my mind's eye.
- cg4et, on 09/07/2008, -0/+1What's the difference between Sarah Palin and Dick Cheney?
Lipstick. - amicuspublilius, on 09/07/2008, -0/+0Yeah! She'll do a great job!
- ranchhand, on 09/07/2008, -0/+0 She'll do a whole sight better than this no account Democratic majority congress has done. At least she won't be giving away free tire gauges with every fill up.
