- DreadPirate, on 09/12/2008, -1/+11Wonder how long it will take the obamabats to wander in here, accusing USA Today for being a shill of the republican party/Rove/McCain/etc? Either that or they will just ignore it completely, being totally unwilling to acknowledge anything that doesn't fit their set-in-concrete preconceptions about Palin.
- RRJackson, on 09/13/2008, -1/+8The Left are hysterically grasping at straws when it comes to this woman. I watched Bill Maher's show last night and he couldn't stop slandering her all night long. When people from the Left are that hysterical it should be obvious that McCain made the right choice. I can hardly wait until McCain and Palin make their acceptance speeches.
- Crabmen, on 09/13/2008, -0/+5It will be interesting to see the reaction of these comedian/political experts. They really believe they are relevant! My guess is they will become more shrill and talk about stolen elections rather than admitting the American people actually view them as the jesters they truly are.
- RRJackson, on 09/13/2008, -0/+3Well, Bill Maher goes on and on about how if the election goes Republican it's obviously because there are a lot of stupid hicks out there voting for "an old man and a stewardess." That message is really corrosive. We've come to a point in America where people from both sides assume that anyone who disagrees with them is stupid. It has the sort of dynamic that's started religious wars in the past.

- buddywlkr3, on 09/13/2008, -1/+6It is interesting to see how the record comes out on Palin, getting into her past votes, her stand for specific issues, etc. None of this has ever been revealed about Barack Obama, and although there is ample record about Joe Biden, the left leaning media never talk about his past issues, either. Here we clearly see that Palin is the person she says that she is: hard working, pushing for reform and very well learned. She is willing to step across the aisle in order to get things done -- something that Obama has never shown any evidence of doing (but he talks a great fight).

No one gives Palin credit for this sort of thing.... all I hear is extremist blah blah blah political crap.
I love being called an idiot for supporting the McCain Palin ticket.
