    Then I started laughing. Palin STILL thinks Alaska's proximity to Russia has anything to do with foreign diplomacy skills? You need KATIE COURIC of all people to help you finish your sentences??? HAAHAHAHAAA!!!

    Finally, the laughter turned to tears as I huddled in a corner in the fetal position. This woman could possibly be president in January.

    On the same list as Lincoln, Washington, and Roosevelt.

    Good f***ing god.

Uh, Moscow to Washington or New York crosses Europe and the Atlantic, not the Pacific and Alaska. Besides, how is Putin traveling 30,000 feet above Alaska evidence of Palin's diplomatic experience, which is the question Couric asked her? Do Putin and Palin wave to each other and "negotiate" via sign language 30,000 feet apart, traveling 10 miles per second? Palin is absolutely the dumbest candidate ever, the most unqualified nominee for national office in history, and it is not even close. How appropriate that the next president will succeed the most unqualified, and worst, president in history.

  • gmalonzo, on 09/26/2008, -0/+2In my opinion, Palin's performance on this Couric interview is more than embarrassing. She seriously put the Republican ticket (and our country) in jeopardy -- not that she didn't already before for many of us Obama supporters. I don't know if you noticed it yet but McCain seems to have even aged a lot faster this past few days. He is looking very old, erratic, and disoriented, to say the least. Palin looks to be getting mighty "heartbeat away" too close for comfort.

    There's also a big chance that if McCain doesn't debate tonight then this election might very well be over for the Republicans. Unless, god forbid, crazy hardcore racist wackos (or maybe some secret powerful interests of this $700B bailout or something ) does something very, very bad! I'm somewhat worried now and I hope that the Secret Service as well as we, the citizens of this Freedom loving nation, take extra great care and precaution for Obama's security.
