I hate to admit it, but most of us older folks looked worse than that back then. I have pictures of myself in the 1960s that I'm ashamed to show anyone now. But hey, at least we got off our butts and protested in the streets where the media could no longer ignore us. We helped end the war and we brought about some real social changes in this country.

Now I'm counting on you younger folks to step up to the plate and do the same thing, only please don't look as geeky as we did back then! :)

Pretty ironic how they turned out in the end. I wouldn't have believed it had I looked at them then. Makes you wonder what will become of some of the ones who you doubt now.

I think they actually look down to earth here, actually human, and not the political zombies they are today. They just look like two hippies who sat around smoking pot, planning their next anti-war rally in between discussing Jack Kerouac novels.
