Kennedy to Richard M. Nixon and Ronald Reagan. Obama said that what was puzzling is that this in any way would be controversial, because it has been the history of successful U.S. diplomacy until recently. - Hillsfar, on 05/17/2008, -0/+3Joe Biden, chair of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, said if the president disagrees so strongly with the idea of talking to Iran, he needs to fire his secretaries of state and defense, both of whom have pushed to sit down with the Iranians.
Sounds to me like Bush needs to own up to his own words.
