What has changed? - Pitofdoom, on 07/20/2008, -1/+3The staggering level of naive stupidity of Americans, (if not displayed by supporting John Kerry) has made the quantum leap down to Obama !
- BarackHObama, on 07/20/2008, -1/+3I want all of you at Digg to know that your voices are being heard. One of my interns made me aware of this site, but unfortunately BarackObama was already taken! I am aware that some of you have been turned off by my choice to accept the FISA bill, but I assure you that your civil liberties are my priority, and it will be repealed immediately after my inauguration! Let's bring about change!

- coffee200am, on 07/21/2008, -0/+2From the Indonesia Daily Star:
"Obama is one of the most brilliant politicians, economist, and Civil Rights leaders to emerge within the last 50 years. His ability to unite and bring peace is astonishing. After his mother gave him birth in a Hawaii hospital, many doctors and nurses were amazed at the way in which Obama looked at them and seemed to recognize them. “He cried very little”, remarked Mary Kimo, head nurse of pediatrics at the Hospital where Baby Obama entered the world. “He smiled a lot and we would bring patients in to see him. He had a healing affect on them. He was so lovable, we almost forgot about the other babies!”
It is been noted that at an early age, Little Obama was recognized as having extraordinary skills at diplomacy, leadership and speaking. Ramelan Chahaya, an Indonesian school administrator, remarked that Little Obama was noticed and many felt he had a gift. “He could be seen instructing his classmates on proper ways to treat those less fortunate and would lead many children during after school activities “, quotes Chahaya. “Many people would come out of their homes to watch little Obama lead the school children down the street”. Not much is known about Obama between the ages of 11 and 15, but it is reported that Obama was seen in many Mosques, Temples and Churches instructing the clergy and congregations on how to unify their beliefs to benefit mankind and bring about change and hope.
One story centers around a gift of shoes to Little Obama. It is reported that Little Obama received a gift of new shoes from the village as a thank you for his ability to unite and change. He was ecstatic at receiving the gift. He immediately rushed out to show the children his new shoes. He stopped as he approached the children and looked at the shiny new shoes. “How can I wear these new shoes when the other children have none?”. He immediately went to the market and sold the new shoes and returned and gave each of the children part of the money he received."
