New Hampshire Primary - Breakdown of chain of custody watch!

- iupetre, on 01/25/2008, -3/+221This is a blatant and overt crime! Why is this not getting more press coverage?
- pictureDIGGER, on 01/25/2008, -1/+74That is the question EVERYONE should be calling and asking. I have not seen a shred of coverage on the recount, when it is a really big deal.
- mal1964, on 01/25/2008, -4/+5That group that taped it what are they going to? just show it on utube
- donnie_dark0, on 01/26/2008, -0/+12You obviously haven't heard of Hacking Democracy, have you? The questioning voice is Bev Harris of BlackBoxVoting.org, she happened to find DIEBOLD source code online and proved that electronic voting machines could be hacked merely through the memory card and nothing more.
- mal1964, on 01/26/2008, -5/+1No i haven't, that's why people ask questions. so are you going to answer it?
- Hope4USA, on 01/26/2008, -0/+9Don't people get it? This has NOTHING to do with Ron Paul!!! It has everything to do with what is wrong in this country.
If any one acutally gives a D@MN about this, Republican, Democrat, Vegatarian, doesn't matter... they will be forwarding it to EVER SINGLE news outlet. Local, national, international doesn't matter. I would send smoke signals directing people to this video if I thought it would help.
I truly believe in my heart that there are more people that care about this country, their families, their children, their Liberty, and their lives. So mal1964, I don't think folks will "just show it on utube"
I swear I try to stay positive, but sheeeesh
I put it to everyone right here right now: Is *THIS* the democracy we are "promoting" through the barrel of a gun that our American Soldiers are dying for?- mal1964, on 01/26/2008, -4/+1Am i in your way? you do what you have to do, and i promise i wont judge you, can i ask you to do the same?

Dude everything in your profile is either for ron paul or against other candidates he is running with.. so are you sure you are telling truth?
dude you are only a ron paul spammer, that's it, look in your profile its easy to see. I'm sorry on your first four pages there are two other stories.
so go ahead digg me down, make fun of my grammar, and call me a few names.
but you are a ron paul spammer thats it. thats all your here for
- Hope4USA, on 01/28/2008, -0/+1Yes, I'm sure that I am telling the truth. THIS digg article is about VOTER FRAUD and doesn't have to do with me supporting Ron Paul.
I SUPPORT RON PAUL | I SUPPORT RON PAUL
There that is my disclaimer.
I would think that NO MATTER WHO YOU SUPPORT that you would be offended by this.
So, I hope I have answered your question regarding my integrity.

- MemeWarrior, on 01/25/2008, -4/+32It's even more disturbing when you learn, as I have, that the company that provided the electronic voting machines there also had a hand in the printing of the paper balots.
- cmw72, on 01/25/2008, -10/+4I don't really see how that is disturbing. If the machines just scan and tabulate paper ballots, then that makes perfect sense, as the machine is set up to read a certain pattern from a certain type of paper. You would most-likely get both from the same vendor.
- MemeWarrior, on 01/26/2008, -1/+14"If you coded the machines to cheat you're going to know exactly what ballots need to be replaced. And if you involved in the ballot printing in any way, shape or form, you've got your plan B sitting in a warehouse ready to substitute." Bev Harris of blackboxvoting.org
- zweben, on 01/25/2008, -7/+1What? How is that significant at all? If the company making the scanning machine wanted to make it throw the results, they would not need any sort of special ballots to do it, the ballots would be completely irrelevant. As cmw said, it is most likely so they can ensure that the ballots fed into the machine are something that it works with properly.
- MemeWarrior, on 01/26/2008, -0/+4See quote above

- mal1964, on 01/25/2008, -28/+2Please that was nothing. why didn't they wait outside the building all night, i bet they did and saw nothing. and who got screwed on votes? you don't think they would know about this . or is it just us. that tape is for a door a hard surface not cardboard box. for me to get upset i need to see something not nothing.

- sollycardy, on 01/26/2008, -0/+3This is only the tip of the iceberg- if you go to blackboxvoting.org they say they still have 21 hours of tape to deal with and lots more is coming. Also look at the photos they posted. The point whether that they boxes cardboard or not, but whether they are sealed or not, and they obviously aren't.

Also these little jabs back and forth for me is not that serious, I believe in my point but i respect others even though i disagree, we might not agree here but the nexted story we might. if you look at all my comments in my profile you see i don't get too upset over the Internet or digg. - pimpofpixels, on 01/25/2008, -0/+23I nearly buried you for asking such an obvious question. Where was the media in 2000 when Janet Reno drafted a faulty felon's list that gave Bush Florida and the presidency? The news media is primarily controlled by 5 companies. These companies successfully control election coverage, and hence election results in the united states. Why would they cover a story about rigging of a vote?

The correct usage is "prove."
What favor would you like us to do after we prove something to you?
Can I just call you dumb now?

If you think bad grammar is a sign of being less intelligent. you are not as smart as you think! but I wont resort to name calling - heypetray, on 01/26/2008, -0/+2@mal:
Intelligence and smart are 2 separate things. You can be smart and not be able to put a sentence together, or make terrible decisions and statements, but write intelligently. The two are usually directly related. It's hard to find somebody who is one but not the other, but it happens.
In this case, you showed a lack of intelligence with -how- you wrote. In addition, I've decided you aren't really smart either based on -what- you wrote. I will give you points for not name calling. :) - mal1964, on 01/26/2008, -5/+1@hey

- mal1964, on 01/26/2008, -2/+5This is the funniest part. most people in this thread know for sure that the vote was fixed (not me). But no one is going to do a dam thing about it besides digg me down. keep up the good work!
- thall, on 01/26/2008, -0/+2People need to at least write to their gov't representatives about this.
- xoomac, on 01/26/2008, -0/+3Look, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and rule out Alzheimer's @ this pt 4 your inability to grasp the simple TRUTH woven throughout this thread here on E-VOTE FRAUD (felony, btw).
Go to You Tube and watch "SPIN" by Brian Springer and you will connect the dots between e-vote fraud and satellite technology that's been used since the 90's by the MSM and politicians on both sides of the aisle to deceive, manipulate, and SPIN the snooze (news) any way they like so that the average apathetic American buys it hook, line, and stinker!
The price of freedom is "eternal vigilance" and I commend Bev Harris (an average American citizen, grandma, etc. from the NW who decided to make a difference and is) for going the extra mile @ her own expense to be just that, vigilant! We the People need to SUPPORT her and Blackbox Voting instead of whining and complaining or pretending everything's just a conspiracy and people like her and those in this thread are all nuts or kooks!
Yeah, right! You won't be saying that after watching "SPIN" as it clearly catches the SPINmeisters redhanded behind the scenes mocking Americans waiting for AM news from anchors that make 6 digit incomes from politicians like Romney who OWN the not only the studio, but the whole media communications company (i.e. Clear Channel).
It never ceases to amaze me how many stupid and ignorant people there still are in America who act and sound just like SHEEP! That's why I use the phrase "wee l'il sheeple" sometimes on DIGG in lieu of We the People. One camp, the first, is clueless and/or could care less. The latter camp truly cares about America and are real patriots just like Bev Harris, our soldiers laying their lives on the line in IRAQ, and Dr. Ron Paul, the ONLY REP. presidential candidate crying FOUL PLAY and IT's NOT WORTH IT (i.e. UNconstitutional WAR) from the outset!
Join the rEVOLution!
Heed the call...Ron Paul 4 all!- mal1964, on 01/26/2008, -4/+1No thank you
- mal1964, on 01/26/2008, -4/+1You know what i find funny about you guys always talking about people other than yourselves as sheep. you and most of the flock joined digg just to spam ron paul, and as soon as he drops out you and the flock will be gone. who is the sheep?
- mal1964, on 01/26/2008, -4/+1Listen I don't care what you think I got, you can even make up something if you want . I'm 43 i voted for the first time in 1982, my first presidential election was 1984. the first election i can remember is 1972.. so since then every four years i hear about voting machine fraud , so this is nothing new to me, and its always the paranoid people that make it into something that's its not. so after i watched the video a few times i see nothing that would worry me. and i hear and see unproven facts, ""Seal" does NOT seal the box."
that was never proved, they demo on a cardboard box, not ballet box. so i threw that out. also the door was sealed were the ballets were, and too much made that they were not in the vault. my point on that is they can get in vault just as easy. so i threw that out. so you can still think that something is fixed but i wont. and i cant see how complaining about it on digg is doing anything, you know why because all you really want is the pot stirred with your propaganda and spam for ron paul, you know scare tactics work very effectively but not on me . good luck to you.- keenfrenzy, on 01/28/2008, -0/+0You obviously weren't even paying half-attention to the video, because the cardboard box they tested the seal on WAS a box of ballots, as was indicated by the writing on the existing seal on the box. This is entirely the point of the video. The ballots are in old cardboard boxes with barely-adhesive seals, sitting in the middle of an unlocked room, and unsupervised. Even if no vote fraud took place, the chain of custody of the ballots and the validity of the results are extremely questionable given the complete lack of security seen in this video.
- mal1964, on 01/26/2008, -1/+1Vote Ron Paul 08, Or the world will end!

- capiCrimm, on 01/26/2008, -0/+4I think the lady said something about it recording access logs. I'm guessing from the building that there are windows or some way to get into the building without using the front door keycode or tripping the alarm. Basically it's less secure with less of a trail.

- capiCrimm, on 01/26/2008, -0/+4I think the lady said something about it recording access logs. I'm guessing from the building that there are windows or some way to get into the building without using the front door keycode or tripping the alarm. Basically it's less secure with less of a trail.
- mal1964, on 01/26/2008, -4/+1Yeah that's a head scratcher. you cant just listen to the good parts, you have to listen to it all.
- thall, on 01/26/2008, -0/+4@mal,
Access to the east door > access to the vault.
If the security logs showed that someone entered the vault in the middle of the night, it will raise much suspicion because there's not much reason for someone to go in there except to gain access to the ballots. However if security logs showed that someone entered the building through the east door in the middle of the night, it won't raise nearly as much suspicion because there are other reasons someone may have needed into the building...such as a janitor needing to get in to sweep the floors (the point being made in the video) or one of the staff retrieving something from the office.
Thus, it's harder to suggest that the ballots may have been tampered with if all you can show is that someone entered the building at 2am....compared to a log that might show someone entering the vault at 2am. So by keeping the boxes out of the vault they've kept the boxes out of a high secure area and left them in a low secure area, a significant change in "policy" that was made after MSM turned their cameras away.- PeppermintPig, on 01/26/2008, -0/+2The people with the camera came back the next day, and it appeared that the boxes with the seals intact were empty. Is that normal? I think not, but it's only one point to be raised. One might also want to ask whether or not these boxes were full when they arrived.
One might also want to know what the status of the vault was during these days. Was it ever used? Was the vault not permitted to be photographed? Any reason for that? Was somebody in there?
The ballots could have been tampered with WITHOUT anybody going into the vault at all, actually, depending on how feasible it is to print false ballots with a targeted result. Much speculation, but so many unanswered questions lead me to ask.

- Ryokucha, on 01/26/2008, -0/+1mal1964, watch the movie "Hacking Democracy." The lady in the above YouTube video (Bev Harris) in it, and they used a hidden camera when questioning a guy who gave the passing grade to the Diebold voting machines. As they have used hidden cameras before, they may have been using one in this video as well.

Seriously though, this doesn't even seem real - 'Live free or die'....Pffft. - tsos2, on 01/25/2008, -1/+111It's one of two thing: criminal incompetence or criminal negligence. Either way, it criminal. Those ballots should be handled nearly the same way as nuclear weapons, the two person rule, with an armed guard at all times. These freaking idiots have no respect for voters or the voting process and the Secretary of State and the Governor should be held accountable for this lack of competent supervision.
- tgc1, on 01/25/2008, -0/+18Do you not yet understand that they are doing this on purpose? The election is political theater.
- tsos2, on 01/26/2008, -0/+2Oh yes I understand perfectly. This kind of ***** has been happening for a long time in this country (and others) and it's time for it to stop. Hell, LBJ was a ballot stuffer for most of his adult life. Up until he got elected as vice president, then he just killed his way into office. Oh yeah that is just another one of those conspiracy theories.... :)

- pictureDIGGER, on 01/25/2008, -2/+160I just called the SOS of NH office, (603 271 3242) to let them know that this is really aggravating a lot of people. I mentioned that this stuff is big news to voters and while it is not making television news, it is spreading like wildfire across the internet. She laughed and said "Oh, on the computer" then hung up. I may be from out of state, but the primary elections in other states mean just as much to me as my state primary means to me. This changing of procedure at the last minute is starting to make me hopeless. Please call this lady and tell her all about how outrageously suspicious NH is going about recounting the ballots.
- Moskie, on 01/25/2008, -4/+22I'm very tempted to call that number.
- ajstewar, on 01/25/2008, -1/+27So do it instead of thinking you're doing something by digging a story on a website.
- anonadmin, on 01/25/2008, -2/+57Ok, you are going about this wrong.
Everyone needs to call and state the following
"Hello, my name is (Your Name Here) and I am a freelance reporter for (your local newspaper name). I am doing a story on the mishandling of and possible criminal activity of the New Hampshire Voting Ballots. I would like to get a comment from the New Hampshire Secretary Of State.
Do you feel that the security of the ballots was handled appropriately?"

- apc3161, on 01/26/2008, -0/+14I know this sound paranoid, but thats why we have to STOP every single effort congress makes to "censor" the internet from "terrorist propaganda". They are already passing bills that specifically mention the internet as a method which terrorists use to spread their false ideologies and beliefs.
Check out this sentence from HR 1955 which was recently overwhelmingly passed:
`(3) The Internet has aided in facilitating violent radicalization, ideologically based violence, and the homegrown terrorism process in the United States by providing access to broad and constant streams of terrorist-related propaganda to United States citizens.
I am scared they are going to make up some excuse to clamp down on the internet. Right now the internet is not regulated and it is almost 100% free speech. It is not corrupt, it is not bought and paid for, it is pure. You can read and find anything you might be curious about. And we have to fight to keep it that way.
Once congress draws the line of whats allowed on the internet and whats, for whatever reason, the internet might slowly slip away just as all the other mediums of communication have.
Just as an example, free speech is in the Chinese constitution, but it has a national security clause attached to it, and we know how well thats working out for them over there.

Hello, you yellow-bellied, bug-eyed, lying little piece of trash,
I am writing to to express my F#&^$&^@# OUTRAGE that you could honestly feel entitled to get away with this obvious deceit concerning our votes. It looks like you need to have your ass handed to you by the laughing wheel of fortune, but guess what?
It isn't laughing anymore.
I demand that you, as Secretary of Secrets, Deceits, and ILLEGAL ELECTION RIGGING for the State of New Hampshire, immediately rescind all "official" vote counts and call for a re-election day to be scheduled NOW - BEFORE FEBRUARY 5th!!!
Move it, worm!
Best as ever,
Peter Pitchfork - xoomac, on 01/26/2008, -0/+3Best suggestion yet, and I've already done it by e-mail, but with a little addendum known as a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for any/all information (i.e. records) pertaining to the official "chain of custody" that Bev Harris confirmed was broken regarding both the hand ballots boxed up and the e-vote memory cards that just disappeared (also illegal or in violation of 24 month regulation for retention of e-vote records).
BTW, when YOU VOTE in YOUR primary be sure to ASK for a HAND BALLOT and VOTE by HAND BALLOT and be sure to get a receipt and have poll watchers watch the entire time if possible. You have the right to ASK for a HAND BALLOT instead of having to be forced to vote the stupid sheeple way (i.e. deadbolt, oops Diebold, e-vote)!
Ask! Vote by HAND BALLOT! Watch! Hold everyone accountable! Do NOT let them steal, lose, tamper with, or negate YOUR VOICE/VOTE!
Join the rEVOLution!

- statrick, on 01/25/2008, -0/+10im sad now :(
- Ireland, on 01/26/2008, -0/+3Here's an apostrophe; should cheer you up.
- TheGr8Revealing, on 01/25/2008, -3/+7And why is the video view # not going up? something funky going on. there was 10 new comments in the 3 minutes, yet the video views didnt budge.

- Kypt, on 01/26/2008, -1/+2How real-time you want it? 2 Hrs later and its still at 19,094
- Ireland, on 01/26/2008, -0/+3It'll go up, it's just the way the Tube works - it's not a conspiracy.

And you wonder why so many "irregularities" happened - perogi21, on 01/25/2008, -0/+24As a proud resident of NH, I am appalled.
- SouthsideIrish, on 01/26/2008, -0/+4As a proud soon to be resident of NH, I am appalled to. I think I just might stay in Illinois where I am an election judge. I have never seen anything like this.
- perogi21, on 01/26/2008, -0/+2Southsideirish I can only pray that the stupidity shown in this video is due to idiocy instead of actual voting manipulation. I can say that the citizens give our state government the least amount of money (no sales/income tax) as possible. I can only hope they were trying to save a few bucks...

How many times have you attributed the blatant lawbreaking by our Government to 'idiocy' over the last years? - Hope4USA, on 01/28/2008, -0/+1So, having an IDIOT in charge and violating our god given rights to a fair vote is ok.... But I would be offended if a LIAR was in charge and violating our god given rights to a fair vote. But, hey if it's only because they are idiots, well, lets just act like it's ok, and they'll get it right next time. /sarcasm

- LeRob, on 01/26/2008, -0/+2Actually, I think you'll find that most countries will take you if you have some demonstrably tangible skills.
There's still hope.- jsebrech, on 01/26/2008, -0/+1Demonstrably tangible skills ... and there is hope you say? Hmm...

"1-20-08: Holes hidden in plain sight
The "seals" are not seals. The "chain of custody" is not a chain of custody. Ballots being transported by the "state police" are actually transported by Butch and Hoppy, who are not employed by the state police. Butch and Hoppy's real names are not really Butch and Hoppy.
In New Hampshire, it's all hidden in plain sight.

I think this is reasonable proof that the seals that they are applying to the boxes are not working as intended. If you look at the seal, you can see it is bubbled up on both ends and not sticking to the box. This confirms the demonstration at the end of the video where they apply the seal to a box (twice) and it does not stick.
Looking at the photo I linked to, I can pretty much guarantee that it can be peeled back with ease.

- tsopranos, on 01/26/2008, -0/+19Absolutely disgusting. Why the hell is the Lamestream Media not covering the NH recount? Oh that's right, they're bought & paid for.
- HappyNihil, on 01/26/2008, -18/+1Yes, it looks pretty strange, but if you´re suggesting there´s a major conspiration in NH recount I think you´re very, very wrong.
There´s not even a real need for recount, just look at the exit polls and compare them to released results. This method is used in countries where´s a real threat of voter fraud. If you ask people who did they vote for right after they cast their vote and they willingly answer, you can bet that the results of this little questionairre (only you need few hundreds of people asked across the country) will be almost the same as what the results in free election are going to be.
If they´re not, something´s wrong.
But that´s not the case.- Fixhotep, on 01/26/2008, -0/+4Not a real need for a recount? That's just plain ignorant. Even a 2% discrepancy spread across 50 states can change an election.
- perogi21, on 01/26/2008, -0/+5Someone's been living under a rock for the last two weeks.
- Brundy, on 01/26/2008, -0/+4dude, exit polls are notoriously inaccurate.
